  new insurance company *State Farm I'm so pleased with how my agent helped us with our new Dodge Ram, Horse Trailer & Home insurance.. Ya see Progressive for the last 12 years over charged us on everything & wouldn't bundle !!! State Farm has saved us so much money and Kayla Bonnin customer service skills are OUTSTANDING 👏 Kayla even has added EQUINE INSURANCE & looking forward to making sure my precious cargo is safely covered. I highly recommend her not only for home needs but our animals that are just as important in family life. Thank You so much KAYLA🤗

  I was very impressed by the kindness, genuineness, and helpfulness displayed by Sierra. She answered all of my questions without me even having to ask some of them! Throughout our phone call she was exceptionally patient and never once condescending. I can actually say that I’ve had a great experience with an insurance agent, which normally seems like an oxymoron of sorts, but not here! In the future I’ll be sure to ask for Sierra, and you should too.

  I would like to thank Jeremiah and his team for taking over the agency of Terry Cornelius. Jeremiah is great asset to the community. Jeremiah is enthusiastic about his duties of insuring the people of Clark County.   What a friendly, competent and efficient staff! I started coming to this office for my auto insurance when I first moved to Vancouver. At that point it was in transition from from the previous ownership to Jeremish Stephens. I have never received anything, but stellar service whether it simply be to make premium payments or to make alterations to my coverage. In fact this group is so friendly I make it a point to drop by to make my monthly payments just to see their happy, friendly faces...and so far they haven't called the police after I steal candy from their dish!😉 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

  I have been a long time State Farm customer, 34 years. I switched to Jeremiah's State Farm Group and I am already saving money! They are fast, friendly and professional. Kayla is super awesome....definitley call and ask for her!

  The State Farm Representative/ Agent (Camie) was very professional and personable- all at the same time!!! We were able to have a conversation, not that impersonal robotic tone. I was skeptical initially and after the first minute or so of Camie calmly and clearly explaining expectations of the call, I let down my “shield” and listened intently. I was very comfortable answering a few questions that my online information did not provide for her. Once she told me the amount- I asked her to repeat it, because I was in shock; the quote for my auto policy was/ is a SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS!!! Thank You so very much Camie/ State Farm for putting me at ease and being a huge help for me during these times; especially since I am currently unemployed. These savings is exactly what eases the anxiety for many folks that are between jobs and need to ardently budget from month to month. I highly recommend giving State Farm Insurance (downtown Vancouver, WA) a call, a chance to ease the Covid-19 financial pains!!!

  Two weeks ago, my car was stollen twice. They got the key! Every person that I dealt with at State Farm was wonderful. My adjuster, Ian Kohler, was kind, helpful and professional. Everyone that I spoke with, from the person who answered my initial weekend call, to my local agent’s office staff was great. I’ve had insurance with State Farm for more than 30 years, I’m so grateful for their help in the past two weeks!

  well where to start. I never believed that I would switch my insurance to State Farm. I was with Progressive for a little over 12 years. Kayla called me and was very professional and told me she could beat their rates. I of course did not believe it and BAM she did. Thank you Kayla and your team for the great service and getting me to switch over to Jeremiah Stephens state farm insurance :)
