      Do not buy a house here. The floors creak. The ac pipes clog and leak to the second floor. They don't water seal the outside properly. When it rains the rain from the outside enters into the house you have to pay thousands of dollars the repair walls and dig four feet to reseal so water doesn't enter the house. We hate it and can't wait to resell.
