Stephen Keahon2Only getting 2 stars because we have had many good years of good treatment. However... never in our life have we met someone as rude as Jessica on the desk, the last 3 visits to handle our accounts she has been nothing but difficult to work with , while making passive agressive comments. She obviously doesn't belong in customer service. Our accounts may be leaving soon. Only saving grace was Diane she was empathetic and eager to help.

A G1Worse bank ever. No customer service, they are doing you a favor. They are on the computer doing personal stuff like watching cartoon instead of helping each other or being nice to customers.

Helena Herbst5I can honestly write, I have not had any negative issues with this bank. Yes, they are slow at times, but, they get the job done. Yes, only a drive -up ATM, which I find to be safer and convenient, especially in bad weather or late at night. I've exchanged currency there/here, without any problem. Any time I've called the branch, someone answers the phone and provides helpful solutions. This has been my bank for many years and will continue with them for many more.

Eris Co2TD Bank is great, just not this one. This is the least convenient and most irritating TD Bank I've been to. Everytime. The ATM always has issues, and the employees are on the slower side, though very nice.

The phone rings more than 10 times before they answer it .. the tellers are pleasant but the managers are never available and NEVER return a call. Don’t deserve 1 star but can’t write a review w/o a rating !!

People of color beware, waited 20 minutes to have my check cashed from another TD BANK member with verified funds available. “Staff” overly questioned me and still refused to give me my money and said they would deposit it instead. Staff then decided they couldn’t help me. Will be reporting this issue further.

Nina Budd1Foreign currency exchange. I made a transaction from us dollars to euros. 22 days later the bank calls me and tells me they over paid me and I need to pay them $50. I don't have the receipt and with the exchange rate changes everyday it's disconerning. Going forward I will not being using td bank for any exchanges. I am baffled that I have to pay for the tellers/computers mistakes almost a month later. I do business and I have undercharged clients in the past and ate the cost. I never called them at any point after the transaction expecting them to pay the difference. I will never do business that way. I'm very sadden I had a bad experience here as I have been banking here since I was a teenager. I caution everyone considering using Td bank for foreign currency exchange, to do the math at the time of and double check everything.

Fun with manny Mal1What’s the point of having tdbank the manager here always makes things harder than they should I have td account just cause I live in pa and visit my kids in Chester she always tell me she cant help me cause I’m not a resident. She gave the young lady who was helping me grief about me not being a chester resident like I have proper identification my account is active what’s the problem so PSA!!! If your not a chester resident please avoid yourself the waiting time and definitely the smart remark and go to the one in Monroe they just see another customer not a non resident

Sarah J2I think it's ridiculous that there is only one ATM at this whole location and its outside in a Drive-Thru!! There is no ATM inside the bank or in the hallway. it's a waste of space to have only one physical ATM at this location. Very disappointing especially when there's a long line for one ATM and inside..

Canon P1Incompetent Branch Manager. I currently have a business and personal relationship with TD, but I went in to open a second business checking account for a new venture I'm pursuing. I told them I have an LLC setup with a corporate address and all the documents are available if needed. But we haven't opened our first location, as we will need to pay our Franchise Fees and other preliminary costs to open the business. I was told I cannot open an account here since the business wasn't opened, and they need to site verify that the business actually exists. So what do you do with LLCs that are created to buy a new business; any legal adviser would say to setup an LLC prior to opening or starting a business venture? What do you with online companies? How can someone open a business without an account to pay any bills?
