  What's a better review than the actual email we sent to Todd after we were in our new home! We sent this email a month after we moved in because well, moving is hard and because we were still thinking about how grateful we were for Todd a month later! Here it is: "We're sorry this is so delayed now but we really wanted to express our gratitude to you for being a part of our home-buying process! You were truly our favorite part of the process, and we're so thankful to have had someone like you to trust with all of our questions, emotions, and funds :) You made phone calls, emails, and many parts of the process enjoyable and calming. We're also going to be sure to leave you a review but wanted to personally thank you for your kindness, patience, and diligence throughout all of the months we worked with you!" This man is the BEST! During a process that does nothing but test you, having this guy on your side is the wisest decision you can make. My fiancé and I are also freelancers and talked to a LOT of mortgage lenders who made us feel like that was going to make our home-buying process extremely difficult, but with Todd, everything related to the mortgage and finances went as smoothly as could be. It was actually the easiest part of the process, all thanks to him! He's exceptionally responsive, endlessly informative, and supernaturally patient. I for sure am not looking to jump back into the home buying process anytime soon, but if I ever do, I'll be going straight to Todd!

  Todd made our 1st time home buying process a breeze. He was always quick to respond, day or night, and made things very simple for a non-finance person to understand! I cannot thank him enough for helping us secure a mortgage (at an amazingly low rate) for our first home- during a global pandemic! He will always be our go-to guy and recommend him to all of our home buying, and refinancing, family and friends. Five stars all around.. super personable, punctual, and an expert in his field! Thank you, Todd!

  Todd at Homestead Funding was amazing to work with! He made our home buying process so much easier and was willing to explain everything to us throughout every step of the process. Todd was extremely patient and kind. He made us feel confident with our decisions, especially during the hectic whirlwind of closing! I could not recommend him enough!

  We did a 203k loan through Todd and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being a Realtor I deal with lots of mortgage professionals and he is one of the best in the business. I highly recommend him.
