  We loved our stay at The Raspbeary Retreat. It's a place to totally relax and enjoy the view. The home was clean and made you feel welcomed when you walked through the door. Another plus was working with Bear Lake Premier Cabins it was easy and they have very good customer service. We will be staying there again!

  We had the absolute pleasure of staying at RaspBeary Retreat - and it's an experience we will definitely take again. Not only was it clean and had plenty of space for everyone, but the cabin itself is gorgeous. There are plenty of activities without even leaving the space - but then you've got Bear Lake and all those attractions right there! The view is incredible. We never wanted to leave. More than 5 stars? I could if I would!

  Hidden Chateau is a beautiful cabin with plenty of room for a girl friend retreat or a large family retreat. It has everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are super comfortable. I couldn’t have booked a better cabin for my family and extended relatives. We have created so many memories at the Hidden Chateau.

  The hidden chateau is the cabin to book! We love this place. Super awesome huge table for the whole extended family to eat together. Tons of stuff for the kids and adults to do. Love the themed rooms. Cant wait to come again!

  Absolutely stunning cabin. Tons of extras. Gorgeous views. Extremely clean and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for everyone and still felt like we had our own space. Perfect for large groups. You will not be disappointed.

  My kids said, "Best vacation ever!!" We had a great time in Bear Lake. The cabin was goreous and so were the lake views. Plenty of space and room for everyone. Lots of hiking, biking and beach too! Can't wait to go again.

  We stayed at The Raspbeary Retreat with Bear Lake Premier Cabins. The cabin was clean and well kept. It had a great view and many opportunities for recreation. Everyone was great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. I will again.

  I had a horrible experience with this business. It started off booking a "Dog Friendly" place. I booked an almost brand new cabin and the next day received the rental contract from them. I was shocked to read "NO PETS". Knowing I definitely searched correctly, I did it again, checked the box that said "Dog Friendly" and the same place came up. So I did the right thing (instead of ignoring it and trying to hide the fact) and emailed them. I was contacted by Julie who said they had another cabin that she knew for a fact allowed a dog for the same price and changed my booking. The day before arriving I received an email saying the hot tub was broken and a new part was on order but should be fixed before we arrived. Okay fine, as long as it was fixed and useable. Upon arriving to the "Sundance" property, it looked run down on the outside and when I opened the door and went in, the inside was awful. First thought is how on earth could I be charged the SAME rate for this old, run down, filthy cabin as the brand new one??!! I started to walk around and look at the place and it was filthy. The walls had black marks on them, the carpet was old and dirty, the couch had black stains all over it, there were cobwebs and insects stuck to the light fixtures. The top of the fridge hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long, it was covered in grease, dirt and mouse droppings. The oven was disgusting and obviously hadn't been cleaned in months. The kitchen countertops appeared to be clean until I ran my hand across them and was nothing but food and dirt. There were several broken blinds on the windows and the more I looked around the worse it was. It was rainy and cold when we arrived so I turned the furnace up a few degrees to 70. It never came on, I tried to get it to but it wouldn't. I washed my hands and couldn't get any hot water out of the sink so I let it run for a bit. No warm or hot water at all. The water heater was obviously broken or hadn't been turned back on since last year when someone stayed there. I contacted the person who I had been in touch with. She said she could come clean the oven and her husband could come over after he got off work to look at the furnace and water heater. Obviously this should have been done BEFORE renting it out and inspecting it. I told her we were not staying there and were leaving. About 45 min so later I received a text saying they could credit me "some" for the inconvenience. Sorry but this is far more than an inconvenience. Am I supposed to wait around for the husband to arrive in hopes he can get the water heater and furnace working properly? Having a spouse who is currently going through cancer treatments and chemotherapy, we made the decision this place was definitely not a place we were going to risk staying at. We turned around and drove another 2 1/2 hrs back home! Quite disappointing to say the least. I text the woman back and told her I expected a FULL refund asap. Afterall, my credit card was charged instantly, I should get a refund ASAP! This all happened on a Thursday and by Monday still not a word so I had my credit card company reverse the charge. I emailed her to let her know and then received a credit alert I had been issued a credit by Bear Lake Premier Cabins. It was NOT for the full amount so I emailed her. She said she made every effort to make things right. WRONG! It should have been habitable and clean before we arrived! I was told they were charging me an administrative or processing fee (can't remember verbiage) AND A CLEANING FEE!! Are you kidding me???? Charging me a cleaning fee for a filthy, dirty, disgusting place that she admitted wasn't cleaned the best???? I think not!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM OR REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

  A full refund was issued May 5th, 2020 and the guest was notified. As to when a refund posts to his credit card account is out of our control. This entire indecent is unfortunate for everyone and happened during the COVID-19 Quarantine. Few cabins in the Bear Lake area allow pets and policies are detailed on the website and rental contract. No multi-million dollar brand new cabins allow pets for obvious reasons. Our Management team was onsite within 30 minutes to attempt resolve the guests complaints, however the guest had already departed. The property was then inspected and was not in the "filthy, run down" condition he claimed. In fact the owner had been staying in the property 2 days prior to guest's arrival and commented "It was the cleanest he had ever seen it." External and internal pictures are available for guests to review before they book any property.

  We've stayed at Rasp Beary Retreat several times. LOVE IT ! ! ! We will go there again. It has everything you could possibly need and the view is breath taking!
