  What I like about this used car dealership is (at least in my personal eexperience--can't speak for others) when something goes wrong (outside your control) the staff & Rich himself tries to work things out with you. The first vehicle I purchased here was a decent vehicle. Then a few weeks later there was a manufacturer defect outside the control of the dealership & myself. I call Rich's & they recall it back & help me pick out a new one. That Toyota 2007 was great. It had no major issues, great mileage & it ran great traveling back and forth to California to Wisconsin (and in between). Then my car was hit. Intimidated by the accident, the staff invited me to come back when I was comfortable driving again for a more suitable, comfortable small vehicle for just my 2 small children and I (with the exception of one or 2 extra passengers). So after 3 weeks I did. Then they even helped out a friend with 0 credit qualify for his first vehicle. Without having to ask his parents for help. That experience gave my friend & I something to be excited about. Good job

  We just purchased a 2015 Dodge Durango today. Jake was our sales rep and he was amazing to work with!! We did everything online and via email and made the experience so easy and fast!!! We would buy a car from them again!!!!!

  This is the best car dealer in Logan Utah! I highly recommend this store for all your new used car needs. I recently bought my car here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable on all the cars they had in the lot. They helped us receive a better deal with our loan. They worked with us on everything. And they fixed anything that was wrong with the vehicle as soon as possible. I love this place!

  I can't say enough good about this amazing staff. They are by far the most honest and helpful dealership I've ever been to. Their team is very friendly and created a pressure free car buying experience. It's no surprise to my why there's are so many Rich's license plates around the valley. They truly are car experts and I look forward to future vehicle purchases with them.

  Rich's took care of my wife and I with 2 new cars. Hers is immaculate, and a fine running vehicle with multiple bells and whistles. She loves it. Mine had a couple of minor issues that were corrected quickly for me. They are friendly and work with you to get you into what you want. The team is happy to assist, and I felt I was treated with respect and as if they had known me for years. This is a great place to find your next car. Go see them and don't hesitate to ask questions, they will make sure to help you and make the car buying experience a fun experience.

  If 6 stars was an option I would do it! I will never buy a car anywhere else. I was so impressed with the service and help I got. The team at Rich’s was honest, helpful and were everything car salesmen should be! They listened to my concerns, worked with my budget and were proactive about making sure I got the best deal. Again, so impressed! Save yourself the time, don’t bother looking anywhere else.
