  Working with Martin was an incredible blessing! Our home sale had unexpected challenges due to a fridge leak that was found 2 days after getting into escrow. Who would've thought!!!! While this obstacle could have been a complete nightmare, Martin helped us navigate not only the details of the repair process, but the emotional roller-coaster that also followed. He remained cool, calm and professional the entire time which in turn made us feel more confident that everything would work out.   Martin sold our home in Rocklin and did an amazing job. He and his team takes those extra steps from sending a pre-listing care package, amazing pictures and his communication during the whole process was so helpful. We sold our house a few days after it was listed for $60,000 over the asking price thanks to his insightful recommendations. We were buying another house at the same time and wished Martin would have been our buying agent as well. We highly recommend Bear Flag Realty!

  I just want to say that both Macey and Martin, did a great job finding us our new home. Macey, was very patient and very personable with us. She had open availability for us whenever we wanted to go house hunting. She really was easy to talk to and understood what we wanted in our new home. I can't wait to tell our friends and family about. Macey and Martin, when they are ready to buy or sell. Thanks again guys for all your hard work in finding us our forever home.

  My experience was pretty good at Bear Flag Realty. Martin really knows his stuff when finding good real estate deals for his clients. He was extremely patient and I never felt like I was being rushed. He handled all of the necessary paper work and had solid communication with the seller at all times which made the process easy and eventually making my loan close on time. I would definitely refer a friend to him and Bear Flag Realty & Co. in the near future. Keep up the good work Martin you have skills man!

  Looking for a new house, especially when being a first time home buyer and living across the country, can be a daunting task. After speaking with Martin, I was very comfortable with putting my best interests in the hands of Martin and his team. Even through COVID restrictions, we were able to walk through all the properties on our list in one weekend and found the right house for us. He helped guide us through the offer process and after the offer was accepted, he stayed on top of the loan and escrow officers to ensure the closing went smoothly.   My wife and I worked with Martin to sell our home in El Dorado Hills this year. Selling a home during the pandemic was not an easy proposition but Martin absolutely made the process as seamless and safe for us as possible. Not only did Martin bring a very modern and smart approach to the Realty business, he always treated us like a valued friend as well. He turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that was just a problem to overcome, and overcome it we did! Without his help I don't know if our house would have sold in the time frame we needed it too. Of all the agents my wife and I have worked with over the years, Martin is by far the best. You are doing yourself a disservice if you are looking for an agent and you don't at least give him a call!
