  We'd absolutely recommend Scott. We were first time home buyers and he did a great job explaining the home buying process. He worked around our busy schedules to get us into showings and helped us put competitive bids together.   Greg & Scott are amazing to work with (and super funny, which is just a bonus)! Their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism is unmatched! And I get it… everyone has a real estate agent friend or family member, but I urge you to give Anchor Real Estate a call. I’ve learned that who you work with really does matter and you don’t want to leave one of the biggest purchases you’ll probably ever make in the hands of someone less qualified just because of an existing relationship.   Greg made my first home buying experience SO EASY. I found a home I was interested in seeing, and was fortunately connected with Greg to tour. Greg quickly set the arrangements and we met that afternoon. With his guidance, experience, instincts and negotiating skills, he knew exactly the right tweaks to make on the offer as well as advising to go just high enough to win (we later received confirmation we were dead on!) Greg was so quick to work with my lender and was always extremely communicative at all hours with me. Thanks to his knowledge my first offer on a house was a success! Absolutely will recommend him to anyone I know going forward and really enjoyed my experience with him.

  Greg Piersol has been an absolute pleasure to work with on the other end of a transaction. His attention to detail and ability to keep the deal steady and progressing forward are admirable traits I love to come across but don’t often in our industry. One sometimes doesn’t realize just how important prompt communication can be until you don’t have it, and with Greg’s entire team, they were always a step ahead and professional in their delivery. It makes such a difference when you’re an experienced agent, working with another experienced agent- knowing how to be solutions oriented and proactive not reactive. He is kind, well spoken, knowledgeable, hard working, and quite frankly just a cool guy to hang out with.   I am very lucky to have a real pro agent like Greg. I met him in his office in Elk Grove a few years ago when I first went there searching for investing home. He quickly know what I need and soon found an ideal home for me. He is very responsible and resourceful that makes the transition super smooth and worry free. So I had him as my listing agent when I decided to sell the home in Elk Grove this year while I am living in Arizona.   Any realtor can buy or sell your house and take it through escrow. Most are, at the very least, professionally friendly and personable. However, only the exceptional ones can take you through the process on a truly personal basis. That is Scott Moeller of Moeller/Piersol Group of El Dorado Hills. The recent sale of our old family property in Newcastle was the result of a long, bitter legal battle over its true ownership. Needless to say, there was an intensely emotional context to the whole situation. We contacted Scott as a result of our search for someone highly reputable and credentialed, who was not only familiar with our legal complexities, but also very knowledgeable of the market in that area and it’s current volatility. It is extremely revealing of Scott’s personal and professional ethics that he was willing to advise us for over a year without any certainty as to how long the lawsuit would take to settle, and especially for both sides to agree on the realtor once settlement was reached. The opposing side of our lawsuit had not previously known about Scott, but once he was able to introduce himself, they also quickly agreed to his selection. The term “being there for you, and having your back” is often bandied about and overused, but not in Scott’s case. During this entire process, he gave us the full benefit of his vast experience and knowledge not only of the real estate market, but his understanding of people, both ourselves and others involved. Scott knew how to draw attention to the property so that once it was listed, there was a tremendous amount of interest. Despite a very complex set of current and evolving variables to the property, he was able to sell it for what all parties considered a fair market price. It was anything but a simple deal, yet Scott navigated it expertly. As we got to know Scott personally, we recognized that the totality of his effectiveness was a result of a very defined set of values, both personal, family and business. Suffice it to say, Scott is a great realtor because he is a great person ..! THANK YOU, Scott…..

  To say that Greg is an amazing realtor would miss the full picture; he's just a great guy all around. It was Spring 2020. My wife and I were in an incredibly uncertain place: we had just backed out of escrow on another home in Southern California due to COVID and didn't know what to do. We lived in Marin County just outside of San Francisco, and one day while casually browsing Zillow, we stumbled across a few homes in El Dorado Hills that seemed quite nice, but we had never in our wildest dreams considered moving out there: it was either SoCal; the East Coast; or stay in the Bay Area (which we didn't want to do). Long story short, Greg arranged one home viewing after another with virtually no notice at all -- this, in the midst of COVID no less! -- and within just a week or two, thanks to his extraordinary guidance, education, and patience -- lots of patience! -- we stumbled across our dream home. We made an offer practically on the spot that was accepted shortly thereafter. What's most amazing about Greg -- as cliché as it sounds -- is his ability not just to communicate, teach, and advise, but rather his profoundly impressive ability to just listen, which of course makes his words of advice that much more actionable. For my wife and for me, this was incredibly important as this was our first home buying experience. The problem was, we just didn't know what we wanted; more crucially, we didn't even know if we really wanted to relocate to El Dorado Hills, a decidedly altogether different plan to what we ever imagined. What made Greg's help and guidance so invaluable was that not once, not for a moment, did we ever feel pressured in one direction or another; not once did he ever encourage or push on us a larger, more expensive home; and he certainly didn't ever make us feel guilty not to buy "the most house we could get" like so many realtors tend to do. In fact, when push came to shove, Greg gently encouraged us to scale down instead of up, a decision that proved crucial for us. But I think perhaps the most beneficial quality that Greg demonstrated time and again was his absolute refusal to volunteer opinions on subjective matters unless we explicitly asked him to do so. He absolutely maintained his objectivity and never wanted to be "that realtor" who compelled his clients one direction or another. The dynamic, therefore, was one of gentle guidance: once he saw the direction we were leaning towards, if we asked for help, he would educate us on the pros and cons: so it was never "do this instead of that." Net-net, Greg's assistance; his guidance; and the trust he inspired in us is the singular reason we were able to find our direction in this otherwise uncertain time, and we went from being apartment renters, to home owners, in less than a month. Fast-forward to 2022, and my wife and I have since followed our dreams to relocate to New England while renting out our EDH home. Yes, we're now landlords, all thanks to Greg’s pragmatic and clairvoyant guidance, and realizing rental income we never imagined possible. This has been the investment of a lifetime. Greg: I think you got to know us well enough to know that I'm not just writing all this to be nice; we sincerely thank you for all of your help; your diligent work; and for putting up with our myriad uncertainties and indecisiveness. Thank you so much for having lead us into this new chapter of our lives; we will be forever grateful. You have no idea how much your help meant to us, and specifically, at that particular time in our lives. To everybody reading this: If you have any doubts whom to work with in your house hunt, please just trust us blindly on this, and contact Greg. I promise you will not regret it.
