  Alexandra with EDH Tax Solutions has been amazing. Sure my taxes/paperwork hasn't officially been filed yet (it is only March!), but all the prep work she did? OUTSTANDING. And the costs/fees - she was upfront in the beginning and that is all I could have asked for. Highly recommend EDH Tax Solutions!

  Edit: Alexandra reached out to me regarding my review and clarified with me that the consultation was to let me know that I could adjust my federal and state tax forms to zero additional withholdings and that would be very close to the appropriate taxes being withheld. We did not have enough time during the consult to figure out why the IRS withholding calculator showed me having a large refund but wanted me to put additional withholdings on my W4; however she explained that to get an a accurate amount for my taxes for this year she would have to do calculations for $450 to extrapolate what my income would be and the taxes owed. That is why she said zero additional withholdings would be largely accurate. She also offered to refund my consultation fee and that was kind of her to offer. I started a new job and noticed my payroll deductions for taxes seemed off from what I had previously deducted from my paycheck. I had done the IRS calculator and reached out to my employer on my own and couldn't resolve the discrepancy. I talked to a free tax consultant through my work who gave me a vague answer that reducing my additional withholdings on my W4 would "probably be fine" so I decided to try a consultation. I was disappointed to pay $63 for a 15 minute consultation where I was told the same thing by the free tax consultant, that it would probably be fine. If I wanted to have them actually look at the numbers and figure out exactly what my deductions should be, they wanted another $450. I felt like my questions were not answered and the rate is high. My best friend in the Bay Area had her taxes filed for $220 and she got married, had a baby, and bought a house last year. Maybe this service is better for wealthy clients or businesses, but I wouldn't recommend it for the average person at their rate.

  EDH Tax Solutions are the best! They are highly professional, super efficient and extremely reasonably priced. We appreciated options to drop off paperwork in the office or upload documents to the online portal (which was really easy to use and very secure). It is so nice to have our taxes done and it is still only February! My recommendation would be to bring your stuff in early rather than waiting until just before the filing deadline (like we did last year). I'd like to specifically thank both Alexandra and Ginni for making this process so easy - and STRESS FREE! We had shopped companies last year and the top notch communication, clear mastery of tax knowledge and high level of professionalism separated EDH Tax Solutions from the rest.

Alexandra and her team made dealing with our tax situation less daunting than we expected. Two years using this service and we plan to stay even though we moved to Florida!!!   Thankful to have found EDH tax solutions. We are new to the state and due to our move from the east coast we needed to find someone who can handle our taxes from both states. Alexandra was very professional, helpful, communicative and explained everything in detail. She made the process smooth for us. It was simply drop off our documents and the team takes over from there. They made the process so smooth and if they needed any further information they were quick to contact us by email. The team was extremely efficient and well organized returning all our documents exactly how we originally turned them in.

  Over the years dealing with several firms and CPAs for both my personal taxes and business EDH has by far been the most professional and responsive team I've had the pleasure of working with. Dealing with my complex tax situation (rental property, several businesses, etc.) has always been a nightmare but this time around it was a breeze.   EDH Tax Solutions came through for us big time. We received a notice about the IRS wanting to review our 2018 tax year filing, and had a nice 'settlement' letter saying that we owed thousands. After finding EDH though Dave Ramsey's Endorsed Local Providers for tax consultation and help, we asked EDH to take the case. Not only did they resolve our issue quickly and efficiently, but actually found that both the IRS and CA owed us money! Outstanding service. Thank you! - Glenn
