  Beachside Rentals offer responsive customer service along with beautiful beach homes for rental. Having dog-friendly homes is such a plus as the dog loves the beach as much as we do and is a big part of our family. Beachside is excellent at helping create lifetime memories on the beautiful Central Coast.

  We rented a property called "Top of the World" in Cayucos through Beachside Rentals as a home base for a wedding at nearby Swallow Creek Ranch. The 5 bedroom house was absolutely perfect for our needs: gorgeous ocean views; a main kitchen:dining:family:living room floor where the family gathered and the bridal party did the "hair-makeup with champagne" preparation; and the street level three car garage where we could store several cars worth of wedding site paraphernalia. The booking with, and briefing from the Beachside Rentals team on the property particulars was very smooth, and they were very responsive to incremental requests: extra day? early check in? no problem. We'd use them again and definitely recommend the Top of the World property

  This is the third year we've stayed in Sunny Hill Lookout for a month, so we really like the property. It is great for a couple and even two additional guests. It is a comfortable residence on the second floor with nice ocean views, and an outdoor patio and surrounding balcony for 180 degree views of Cayucos, the ocean and the surrounding green hillsides. Easy walk to the beach, coffee, antique stores and restaurants. We love this place. We have been renting properties from Beachside Rentals for many years and are very happy with our experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to provide you with a nice vacation experience.

  My husband a I just returned from an amazing stay in Cayucos at one of the oceanfront properties offered by Beachside Rentals. The property was comfortable and well-appointed with beautiful ocean views from every room. The staff at Beachside was friendly and efficient. They were quick to respond to any questions and helped us secure a reservation to return next year. Can't wait!!

  We celebrated my wife’s birthday. The house was perfect for us, clean and plenty of room. The private cove is just that, pretty much to ourselves. I called the beachside girls if I could have flowers put in the house for my wife before we arrived and they went above and beyond and even left an additional surprise for my wife. I will definitely recommend Beachside Rentals for your vacation.

  I have stayed with Beachside Rentals, Inc in Cayucos 4 times. The home we rent is a small 2 bed 1 bath. Very clean and comfy. 2 blocks to the beach, Walking distance to downtown. Cayucos is our Happy Place and the Little Yellow House is perfect!

  The staff at Beachside Rentals will find you a beautiful place to enjoy the lovely community of Cayucos. The town is scenic, historical, friendly...and has good food options, all while maintaining a quiet, off-the-beaten-path feel. Sarah looked to find us a house right across from the beach. The house was spotless and well-maintained. And she found this at the last minute on a busy weekend during COVID-19 restrictions! Beachside Rentals made a family getaway the best!!

  The whole family had a Wonderful time in our Beach house. We stayed at Pier Perfect for almost a week and Loved, Loved, Loved that house! The staff at Beachside Rentals are so nice and helpful. I will highly recommend them to Friends and Family. An extra Thank you to Maggie at Beachside!!
