  Steve is a lending guru! He made the loan process painless! I had an extended period of unemployment due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Steve guided me through the process of putting together a letter to the lender explaining the details of my employment gap and why I am a good risk. Without his help, I'm pretty sure that I would not have gotten this refi.
