      JP Morgan calls me and then hangs up on me. In my book, that's plain rude. Unfortunately customer service by some companies is largely lost. Would not refer my friends to Chase.

      Called last week and left message no one returned my call. Went in Saturday morning and treated very rudely by the teller and the "banker" and neither cared that we took our business elsewhere. Went to the SLO branch and they were super helpful and polite. Morro Bay obviously didn't need my measly 100k in their institution.

      Don't love but they closed bank in my town until the covid-19 was over. So I had to drive to the closest town and this was my experience
