  Kenneth and his team at Alliance West Financial is as good as it gets. They are efficient, have many loan programs available for the consumer and veterans and other professionals. We were looking to buy a bigger home in Huntington Beach, and Kenneth took the time to do research and picked a home in our price range with good schools and shops. We got approved quickly for the loan and closed and funded before escrow deadline. We saved some on the closing costs as well.

  We have been working with Alliance west financial in the past with several transactions. They are a great team to work with. Especially Kenneth and Pam. We expected the purchase of the home to be a very complicated process, and it was. But Kenneth helped us throughout the process. After the purchase of our new home, we went on to refinance into a lower rate when the rate dropped earlier this year. If you want someone with experience, don't hesitate to call them.

  I just want to say thanks to Kenneth, Kyle, Pam and his team for helping us closing on our new home in Huntington Beach for 894,000 recently, (a little below the asking price of 910,00). His team helped funded the loan in a timely manner (I was turned down from several banks because I was self employed with my own business. And the tax was too complicated). Even with that challenge we were able to close escrow within 30 days. His team was very professional and the negotiation went smoothly. Even with the existing tenants taking their time to move out behind schedule Kenneth was able to help me handle that even after escrow closed. We are now 5 minutes from walking distance from the beach. Our dream was to live in the surfing city and this has become true. I recommend that you try his team out if you're looking for a new home, selling existing home, or just want to know more about real estate. Or financing for a new home. They have it all. I haven't met any more personable and professional team in my life, so they have my recommendations for my friends and family.

  Kenneth and Alliance West Financial team really helped us on our purchase on our dream home in Fountain Valley. We were relocating into California from the East Coast for my work. They helped us understand some problems in the funding process that our bank couldn't get through for us due to relocation issues. Kenneth took the time and answer some of the answers that we had, and we ended up closing escrow on time and get a great loan with some credit towards closing cots.   I just want to write this review to thank Kenneth and his team, for finalizing my transaction this last week. We were scheduled to close escrow 45 days on my new home in Huntington Beach. Lots of problems came up but we finally manage to close on time before thanksgiving weekend. Got my new keys and looking forward to renovate the new house. You won't find a more ethical and highly efficient team than Kenneth and Nikki. We funded and close at the asking price of $756,000 and got a credit for costs of $4,000 towards renovation. That's a pretty good deal considering the low inventory of homes on the market. We have been looking for over a year.

  If you are planning to refinance or purchase new homes, don't hesitate to contact kenneth and his team. This is my 4th time working with kenneth.
