  The staff here is always very helpful and knowledgeable! The space is clean and I know I’m always in good hands when I come to them for my financial questions or concerns. They handle all my financing as their rates are the best!

  Sincere appreciation to Ms. Susan Bolivar It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. Though it is a fact that the bank is giving me very good service consistently, I cannot be blind to the exemplary and stellar performance of Ms Bolivar of your branch throughout my financial problems. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Bolivar's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I do not have words to recap the self defying services the person rendered to the bank's clients. I know well that the bank cannot give anything extra positional elevation just for one person. However I request you to arrange to record the fact, in the personal service files and also issue a letter of appreciation to the person, and/or personally convey the appreciation on my behalf. Such persons are assets to your institution and hope that their tribe increases. I also express thanks for all other staff in your bank for their services also.

  Best bank I've ever been to. It is 100 percent because of the staff. Courteous, helpful, and always going that extra mile. When I want to pull 20 cash, I walk right past the ATM and go to the teller, just because they're the best.

  I will make a long story very short... I highly recommend BCU (Baxter credit Union) to any and everyone! Shout out to Susy Bolivar member service specialist at the Gurnee location. I recently moved back to Gurnee. I went in one day after I read high reviews on Google I got some information at bcu . I went back to open the account and I did not have the proper documentation because they didn't give/inform me of the information the first time I was there however Susy was able to open the account with asking a couple questions and was able to get onto the apps on my phone for the requested info and some of the information I already had on myself we were able to open the account. Also same day I was asking regarding refinancing auto loan and without hesitation she said there is no waiting. We can see about it and went through the process and the next day I got the doc signs and the next day I was approved. As a side note with typical Banks & I have pretty good credit it's been very hard to get a loan or even refinance or get a credit card because of their stinginess and stipulations. Definitely a happy customer!!😊

  Great location! Good service! Love their ATM access, especially like that I can deposit cash/checks in the ATM and available in seconds. Not all banks do that.
