  Had to go to the bank 3 times to do a wire transfer that should have been an easy transaction . The banker was niice but the process to wire funds needs to be worked on I was notified after I left the bank it took 3 days for me to send the wire

  Beware Of this financial institution on a whole. Over some time, I have been charged twice for the same loan payments. They always claim errors, they always refund my money, but its an uneccesary hassle and InconvenienceTo get myOther bank account Correct because of overdrafts caused by this financial institution at least 5 times this year of 2021. Is it error, incompence or INTERNAL EMPLOYEE THEFT ??🤔🤔🤔

  I am a NEW member and my wife and I signed up for REWARDS CHECKING. I have a joint account with my wife and we both have a Different MC Debit Card # for the same Checking account. I have been calling to Activate my BayPort Rewards ScoreCard where you get 1 point for every$3 you spend with either debit card. I have called BayPort and they referred me to the ScoreCard and they told me they DO NOT have my Debit Cards Registered and I would have to get BayPort to register my cards. I called back to Bayport and they said there was some problem with the system and they would call me back. I have not heard from them!

  Do not ever try and speak to someone at a branch by phone. You cannot get through. Calling their service center (in Illinois) is even worse. You stay on hold, finally get someone to answer, then are told to send something either by email or by fax, and after doing so are told that it takes 24-48 hours to post documents to a file. All I want is a payoff for a loan. I would not recommend this credit union to ANYONE who needs assistance by any means!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This credit union gets 1 star only because it won't let me post my comments until I give it a rating.

  Members Beware: You will incur fees on a savings account if you do not use it until they have drained your account.

  Horrible customer service. Nearly waited in line for 10 mins with two tellers working the counter. Not worth the hassle. Don’t come to this bank. Go to NFCU they take care of you there.
