  Myra was my teller today and I’ve seen her a few times over the times I’ve come in the branch. She definitely seems like she doesn’t want to work there but hey smh! My experience today.. she came from her office to assist me she asked me for my account number I nicely told her I don’t have it.. then she asked me for my full SS number in front of everyone which definitely made me uncomfortable.. she asked me for my id which I gave her in her hand after asking me my transaction.. she then placed my ID my receipt and my money on the counter.. If I handed you something I would think the right thing is to hand them it back. I haven’t had one good experience in this branch. The women the minus Vicky need to learn customer service skills or have another class. Needless to say I will not be using this branch again!

  Good morning, Mr. Jim Mears, Your employee Mr. Qaamel Baynard is an outstanding employee that represents Bayport Credit Union in it's highest standard of customer service. He always dress professional with a positive attitude. Mr. Qaamel Baynard the best dress employee I've seen in my 30 years in the Navy. He should be employee of the year!   Bayport gave me an auto loan for 25,000. They did not give me an account number. They sent me a letter to tell me about online options and to call the number to set it up. I called they would not give me an account number to set up an online acct so I can pay them. I have to go down to the branch to get my account number. They did not put my acct number on any documentation they sent me. MA

  This is the most unprofessional bank ever. First of all, I stood in line for 15 minutes to be waited on. Then I try to pay my auto loan and was told that I couldn't do it. I am the cosigner on the account and I had my husband's bank card and my ID. Really...who does that?!!. I am not trying to get money, I am trying to pay my loan. This is most unacceptable.
