  CapitalOne has missed the point to great buisness. They are trying to cut the bottom dollar as much as possible by not staffing their banks. I waited in the drive through for over 30 min with no line. The bankers at this location appear and act as if they just rolled out of bed. Not a fan of my choice in banking with them!

  Very unprofessional staff. They look you down when you walk in there. It as if you bothering them from there resting bteak. No thank you and have a good day. I wish i had patients and waited a Bank of America and sign up there. Now i know way Capital One bank is so empty.

  Once a teller stole 100.00 from me. I called the branch and they gave it back. He doesn't work there anymore. But today I was waiting in the drive through for them to open and the teller tells me their not opening the drive through cause today because they are short. How unprofessional is that.? #trouble walking

  Their lobby is always closed. And their drive through is slow. I waited for 20 min and the lane never moved.

  It's comical to see the same complaint over and over, yet one person is working the inside and drive through. Two people in front of you turns to a 20 minute wait. Cutting cost by reducing overhead isn't always the best option if it effects the end user in a negative manner.

  Closed today. We were there at 3:30. All online info says open regular hours, but this and other branches are closed. Why is a bank closed on New Year's Eve?

  Just about an hour waiting on the teller to cash a check and make a deposit. Cars behind me have pulled back and left. Also.. you can’t enter the building

  Horrible horrible horrible. I don't know what they're doing in here they've turned it into a club where the "bankers" wear t-shirts and let you wait at the open teller window green light for 15 minutes before acknowledging you. Gave me a horrible exchange rate on my currency. Moving my accounts and business away from this joke of a bank.

  it’s one cashiers at this capital One Bank‘s asked me every time he helped me to write my Social Security number on a piece of paper and give it to him this is really scary for me after having so much identity theft

  Im sitting in a branch right now to open an account... checked in sat down... after 5 minutes i asked for help... was told to sit back down.. five more minutes have passed... so i went to the reviews... im the black guy that just walked out... and will br cancelking my two cap one ccs... this is stupid.
