Kadesha Smith1I hired them last year to work on my credit. I saw changes during the first few months and after that there were no changes. I called 3 months in a row to cancel and they continued to charge my account and didn’t make any progress on my credit. The refused to refund me more than 1 month even though I’d explained that there was no progress. I highly recommend that you don’t work with them unless you want to lose money and get the run around when you attempt to cancel.

Bridgette Scoggins1Received a call this morning from this business. Had to ask three times where they were calling from because I could not understand the gentleman. He asked me what was going on with my credit? I asked him what he was talking about and he said well what's happening with your credit? I told him I had no idea why he would be calling me, I have not signed up for anything, I have not asked for any kind of help with my credit, and I have not tried to get approved for anything. I point blank told him they had no right to run any of my information, I was not giving them permission to run my credit, and that they did not need to try to contact me further. I've read reviews that this is a legitimate service however I find it shady that they would contact me out of the blue for no reason. Maybe I would understand if I had tried to get approved for something and was denied recently but that is not the case.

Robert Tiffin1My mom tried to explain to them she never signed up with them after checking her credit. They asked my mom if she wanted to use the service. She said no. She was signed up and charged anyway. The first paralegal she talked to was rude. The senior paralegal was polite. They claimed she signed up with them when she did not. Someone else in the service signed her up when told not too, and she got charged for it.I would not want to have to cause a law suit fo for illegal signing of services and for illegal charges.

Joseph Garcia5This is a no nonsense law firm. They did exactly what they said they would. They did it in the time they set. They have done a ton of work on my behalf. I'm still impressed how fast they work. I'm so happy we hired them.

Amanda Brown2I only gave 2 stars because the gentleman on the phone sounded very polite and professional. Now whether this is legit or not I'm very skeptical. #1 a foreign lady called me because I was denied a loan online and then transfered me to her "partner" #2 it's Saturday and Google says the the Lexington Law offices are currently closed. #3 he asked me series of questions, my name, address etc. and my social to obtain my credit report, I know they would need it but they wanted it with no guarantee of their services...all over the phone. Also when a complete stranger can finish the answer to their own questions about you something is fishy, I only gave him my house number, not the state or zip but he already knew it, it was like filling in the blanks ...idk raised a question for me...

Alyleah Henderson1I had such a strange interaction with one of the reps. On the phone. Her name was Marcella, super sweet. But she literally begged me for 10mins straight not to cancel. Which I get it, I work at a call center as well. I understand “numbers” or “stats” for the day. But she even went to the point of lying about her actually canceling my credit repair account. I had a gut feeling before she ended the call so I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. She panicked and suddenly my cancellation email was in my inbox. I mean I get it…. And I was never rude to her/raised my voice. I listened and thanked her but the company seems so off to me. Preying on the less educated(people who don’t know much about credit) do your research before you sign up.

Linda Rosen1These folks telemarket with recordings posing as a "rent to own" company. When connected to a live person, they have nothing to do with a rent to own (housing) company and just do credit repair. Misleading, annoying and not to be trusted.

Stay Woke1I paid for to have Negative reviews removed, more than 2 years later, they done nothing, but take and take my money for nothing in return, do yourself a favor and take care of these negative items on your credit report on your own. They don't even deserve 1 star, they are scammers

Pam Stanford4Good at what they do, but you will need services they dont provide. Pros: Lexington law's is pretty good about answering questions, giving guidance on actions to improve your scores in general, identifying "incorrect" derogatory or late information and having it deleted from your 3 credit reports, at their highest level of service. Also, providing providing all three credit reports (you download from website to print) for about for about $120 per month. You can reduce the monthly cost after about 90 to 120 days, when you have issues on only 1 or 2 of the credit bureaus. They also provide a way for you to check your status on each dispute at the website and dispute any inquiries yourself. Cons: Four things you should "not expect" to receive are 1. the 3 credit bureau Fico or other scores, 2. will not dispute incorrect information not hurting your report score, 3. will not dispute missing accounts to have them added, only dispute derogatory or incorrect information for accounts reporting on bureau report. 4. No alerts for idenity theft nor monitering nor protection is included!
