  I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bay to Bay Lending. Seth was my Loan Originator and he could not have been more professional, organized and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the lowest interest rate for me and that I closed on time. This was no easy feat considering I found out that I was the victim of identity theft and had to work very quickly to remove it from my credit report. Seth helped me every step of the way and stayed on top of it. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I also worked with Meri in underwriting, who was excellent as well. She did a great job for me and was easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

  I had a coworker call and ask some questions for me regarding relocating and purchasing a home in Tampa from out of state. DJ was very helpful and knowledgable, answering all my questions at the time. Feeling satisfied with the responses, I wanted to use Bay to Bay lending going forward. I reached out to DJ a couple of times in the weeks since, to ask some additional questions, basically wanting to know if I can get pre-approved at this point or wait until some other matters get resolved. I've called several times, no answer, and left two voicemails and never received a call back. I will take my business elsewhere at this point.
