  Absolutely LOVED working with Troy, Ms. Vicki, and Bay. Troy was extremely professional, honest, and friendly when helping us find a new car for our family. He patiently answered all of our questions, showed us multiple vehicles, and helped us pick the right one based on our needs. Ms. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when processing our paperwork. She explained all fees, negotiated costs, and put us at ease while we were completing the paperwork. Bay is the owner and by far the most down-to-earth owner I have ever met. He made sure to talk to both my husband and I on more than one occasion and really went above and beyond to meet our wishes. While there are many dealerships in the DC and VA area, we drove to Baltimore and had the best car buying experience yet.   Great Customer Service from Mr.Bay ! No High Powered Customer Pressure To Buy. I felt free to buy or not to buy. In 2008 I Purchased a Beautiful Black 2003 Lexus 430 with low mileage compared to other popular dealerships it was a great deal !

  My wife and I purchased her car there at a great deal, and a few months later my car was totalled. I went there not expecting much because of a lower down-payment but now I'm driving a much nicer luxurious car. They made the process easy and proficient. Highly recommend

  I recently purchased my 2012 Honda Accord from Bay Motors Inc which I never thought could happen! I was hoping to walk out with a 2000 Honda accord and I was expecting aggressive sales people and vehicles that I didn't think would make it down the road. Not the case. The inventory is actually amazing! Affordable is an understatement! From my research, Bay Motors Inc prices are actually the lowest and newer models vehicles and with lesser miles than a few hundred mile radius from where I live (Baltimore) I was prepared to drive to New York to get a good deal! but I didn't have to! When I got approved, which that was shocking, because I had gone through a bad divorce and still had some medical bills showing on my credit, I was so happy. Bay & Mrs Vicki, did everything they could to get me the lowest payment and rate and I couldn't be happier! and believe me, my situation was baddd! After that, I was shown several Honda accords (they have so many) and I picked one that I liked with only 34,000 miles on it! I did see a few scratches on the bumper, that Bay took care of. and I also asked for floor mats, and they were also provided to me at no additional cost! bay didn't have to do any of that, its a used car! but he did. overall, I had a great experience there and definitely recommend going back. I did read some of the other comments below but I am going to assume they were having a bad day because that was not part of any of my experience and I know I saw 3 or 4 other people purchasing cars and were very very happy...where are there reviews? ;) Thanks Bay & Vicki!

  OMG. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT IF YOU EVER NEED TO BUY A CAR, PLEASE COME TO BAY MOTORS. MR. BRICK AND MR.SUTTON WERE BY FAR THE BEST. THEY MADE MY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, STRESS FREE. THEY DEFINITELY WENT WAAAAY BEYOND MEASURES TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS PLEASED. I WILL DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW WHERE TO GO IF THEY WANT EXCELLENT SERVICE. CUDOS TO YOU GUYS.   I have never purchased a car from Bay Motors. I did recently need body work on my car and was referred to Bay by a trusted mechanic. Not only was the body work done to perfection, the price was well within my budget! And Mr. Bay was quite pleasant, delivering my car before the promised time! I need additional body work, and was quoted a price that will be within my budget in a few weeks! I would HIGHLY recommend Bay Motors!!!!

  I went here to buy a new car, and I must say I was impressed. The service was phenomenal. Ms Aria and her team made sure all of my needs were met. Although I've had financial issues in the past they were very understanding and accommodating. To top it off I got free lunch, now you can't beat that for customer service.
