  The process of securing a mortgage including uploading documents and understanding all of the documents that were sent to my wife and I was surprisingly smooth! I couldn’t be happier.   My refinance experience with Lennar Mortgage was the best I have ever had! Being self-employed is always a detriment, it seems, when it comes to mortgage companies especially underwriting. The broker was very helpful and thorough with the process explanation, his time in answering our questions and most importantly responsive in his replies. He was very good communicating with us even if it was that he was in a meeting and would get back to us later. I highly recommend looking at Lennar Mortgage for refinancing or purchase financing.

  Lennar mortgage was great, and I wanted to thank Miguel Bustos. Miguel Bustos helped my parents out every step of the way. They were first time Homebuyers and he always took the time to go over any questions they had. I have recommended him to my friends and family.

  Waste of time. Had an application submitted, but poor communication by their lender agent Miguel. Failed to return calls multiple times and ultimately stopped hearing back from him. Never received an official answer on our loan application. After finding another lender, we received the loan we were looking for. I can't speak on behalf of their other agents, but despite giving a good first impression, Miguel left us disappointed.
