PATRICK AGRO5I haven't had a single problem with this branch every time I came in they gave me great service and always asked how my day was. They got my loans done within 45 minutes and they are really a good bank.

Happy GoLucky1If I could give this 0 stars I would. This bank is a joke. Their customer service skills are yet to be seen. This bank does NOT have it together. They screwed up my auto loan and couldn't get the first three payments correct. I went to another bank and refinanced my vehicle after the third screw up from them. I paid off my credit card with this bank and wanted to close out the account, the tellers didn't even know how to close out a credit card account. I asked the teller if there was anything I needed to sign and was told no. After I got home, I get a phone call from them saying I need to come back to the bank and sign some papers to close out the account. I was so upset that I decided to close out all of my bank accounts. About a week later, I start getting emails saying my statement is available. I don't even have a way to log online since I no longer have an account. I am also receiving emails for my credit card statements. I closed out the credit card account before the main accounts. I have talked with two people so far who have stated that they took care of this and I will not be receiving any more emails. They lied to me again. I am still receiving emails. I called today to get this fixed and was hung up on by one of their customer service people. I called back to put in a complaint and was sent to a voice mail. I called back again to speak with anyone up above and was sent to a voice mail again. This bank needs to be shut down. To have people incompetent taking customer service calls, and then have them hang up on customers when they don't know how to resolve the problem is such terrible business practices. I would be embarrassed and ashamed if I was running a business that had employees like this working under me. Stay away from this bank if you don't want stress and chaos in your life.

Robert Ferrell1Web site is unsecure http not https as it should be. Now more fees then the bigger banks. They basically wont loan money for a home or personal loan even though I have banked with them 20 years and great credit score. Don't waste your time here they are not keeping up with the times and there web site will get you hacked.

Donna Delauder5I have been with this bank for 30 plus years. I have never had a problem with them. I find the customer service to be fantastic. The loan officers I have dealt with were all professional and very helpful.

Seth Jenkins5Becky the branch manager personally handled my call today and was very professional. I believe she excels at her occupation and deserves a pay rate increase. I'm not a friend of hers just a member. Awesome experience and I hope you and your boss see this because you did an amazing job! Keep it up. Seth

Jack Linhart1An anachronism at best. With no loans, lines of credit or negative checking balances I have lost over $200 to my decision to give BayCU a chance Bay *is* your grandparents' credit union which may have been a sustainable model 20 years ago but I have lost triple digit sums to their sloppy infrastructure and blew the staff's minds with the revelation that one can use Facebook to send money to relatives (the feature was no less than 3 years old at this time). I know, from experience, that there are reputable financial institutions that will credit your account and fix these kinds of problems so you can get on with your day, especially if you know where the money went. No such luck here and if they can't be bothered to call up another bank just to correct a transaction, I have no intention of taking it on faith that they will protect or reimburse my losses if I fall victim to identity theft. The ATMs still require money to be sealed in an envelope which is little more than a minor inconvenience but if you deposit anything into them, expect to wait several days for it to be credited to your account. That's not to say it won't necessarily be credited quickly but, according to what one employee informed us, the deposits are collected and verified by a third party that arrives on a random day of the week unknown even to the bank so even they don't know how long your money will be sealed in that box. For a long time I maintained that Bay is not a *bad* credit union, just not one that has kept up with the times very well (even their online banking app looks like a Windows 98 program begrudgingly forced to fit onto a 1.5 x 2.5 in screen) however a recent letter from them has casting less benefit and more doubt: an overdraft letter stating that my *savings* account was overdrawn a week ago. That could easily be my fault except my checking account is closed and associated debit card were deactivated over a month ago. I only hadn't closed out the savings account to avoid an early account closure fee and now, according to Bay, I'll need to pay over $50 for that luxury and who knows how many other types of fees I will have tossed my way before I escape this nightmare. Above are only my objective objections. Subjectively, I'd argue you may as well be at a bank. You aren't a *member* to be advocated. It's not *your* money they loan out to stay in business. It is a zero-sum game to them and I think the finance officers would do well at Bank of America. At Bay Credit Union you get the treatment of a bank and the resources of a gas station
