  Just needed a $1000 loan and ended up owing $3000 by the time all was said and done! They want to have collateral (car title) AND life insurance on you! If I didn’t need help at that point I would have NOT went for any of it! People are nice enough but I guess when you’re taking someone for everything they have you’d be nice to everyone too!

  N Goss, we apologize for any miscommunications. Our ADD life policy is not mandatory and is a completely separate product that we offer within the loan. If you do not wish to have the insurance, you may have the amount refunded from the loan. As for the collateral, we are a secured lender and only lend based off the value of the collateral we accept to secure the loan. That is non-negotiable.   I had a great experience with Bay Country. It was a quick and no hassle process. I would definitely recommend them to my family for their financial needs.

  I've been a customer for a few years and I'm fine with the service. Actually, I have had 2 loans with them. I've been one day late one time, and there wasnt an issue. The only thing that I dont like is, the $ 10.00 charge for making a payment over the phone. Any and every question that I have asked of them was always answered. Thanks again Bay Country for helping me when I needed it twice.

  I think it’s a good place to get a loan from , the interest is a little high. The only thing I dislike about the company is that they don’t do debit payments over the phone, which I think would be best for a lot of people, because everyone doesn’t have a checking account and then when they take the payment out of ur account it doesn’t come out right away, it takes days (seems like forever)....

  Bay country what a slap in the face today thanks for nothing you today have loss me as a good customer ..was not thinking that would happen to day ..when I done paying this loan off ..I be done with y'all for good ..I go some where else .I have been a great customer .

  Taking the thieves to court late 1 month they charged 680 dollars in fees. I declined gap insurance and they added onnext page. The one statement I got is missing payments. Over 4000 in inmeterest

  I would be very cautious using this business during the pandemic. They have a history of positive cases in their office and still refuse to follow proper protocols. They have not deep cleaned since the multiple positive cases, and they have not been forthcoming with their customers and staff of positive cases so that proper testing and quarantine periods can happen. The owners gross neglect to their empire employees during this time is appalling. The Health Department has been involved and the staff was met with aggression afterwards for "snitching". Absolutely deplorable, un safe, negligent behavior.

  My loan is up since I financed for 36 months. I still owe $2500 on the loan. I have paid so far $6500.00 and now they tell me that I have to pay the balance in full or refinance the balance. NEVER AGAIN. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  The person who claims to be the manager and owner is nothing but unprofessional. He is also incompetent and needs to learn communication skills. Yells at clients on the phone saying they are wrong to call them back and say I just want you to know I agree with what you said... Owners who act like this are disgusting and on some type of power trip because you have a sad sorry life.

Please contact the office in which your loan is serviced to speak with the branch manager to try and reach a resolution to the issue. Unfortunately, the owner of the company does not answer our phone system and is not available in office for every day calls, so it is highly unlikely it was the owner in which you spoke with.
