  Michelle and her staff are top notch!! I have conducted several closings with this company and it would be the only one I'd ever recommend! Even while being one of the busier companies in SWFL, you will be greeted with professionalism and care, making your business a top priority. Bay Breeze Title has always kept me in the loop with each phase of my transactions making their communication aspect far above any other title company I've used. Amazing staff, and excellent service as always- I will be a customer for life! Highly recommended!

  Bay Breeze was the choice for the seller of the home I was the buyer. From the few times I went into the office the girls were nice and helped me very quickly. I did not end up buying the home but they were very fast with returning my deposit which was extremely appreciated. All in all I had a good experience with this company.

  At closing they refused to accept my financial institution's printed wire transfer instructions then blamed me when the money hadn't arrived in my account that day, and again the next day. Turns out they made the mistake in assuming it was TD Bank vs TD Ameritrade. I would have forgotten and forgave had I not been treated so rudely and dismissively those two days by the owner. Her treatment of me was completely uncalled for.There's a reason banks print wire instructions and it is unfortunate that Bay Breeze Title makes it their policy to reject them. Yes, it's been a couple of months but I will never forget how I was treated and why I'm writing this review today.

  Michelle is amazing - effective, efficient, and responsive. My second closing with her was again seamless and her awesome attention to detail caught an error made by the lawyer on the deed. Outstanding catch!

  Unprofessional- first my closing was postpone/cancelled, and and they neglected to inform me the day before. I had cancelled a doc apt which took three months to get for this closing time. Closing was then held 3 days later, but ALL the funds were not in so we closed in escrow on a Friday afternoon . I was told that if funds came in before 3 pm in time for a wire tansffer that day to my account, I would be called. I filled out the bank transfer form. I was not called, but the realtors were at 3pm and they were disbursed funds for themselves. I drove by my property on Sat and someone had begun moving in. my realtor informed me he gave the buyers the keys as he was paid and told the transaction had closed. NO FUNDS had been transferred into my account, nor had I been informed of any further activity on the transaction. This was a holiday weekend. Everyone was paid ( including the title company ) except myself. I called on Tues morning and was informed that they forgot to call me. The closer Elle never apologized for this , the owner Michelle spoke to me in a defensive, unfriendly, "ugly" manner.Telling me she would wire transfer the money that day,( after I demanded it) and said the realtor should have called me turfing the responsibility to him. I would advise anyone to never do business with this company as they"forget" things. and illegally use your funds while still in escrow.
