  The process from lot purchase to house built and finance closed took 4 years. Suzanne did not give up on me and provided exceptional service throughout. She was able to find a low rate and keep it locked despite delays in completing the house. Her team handled all the loan qualifications expertly without hassle and closing was straightforward with clear instructions. Obviously she has good relationships with all providers.   Wow, what can I say but Suzanne is a AMAZING! By far the best mortgage broker in the business. She is organized, timely and keeps you informed during the entire process. When we closed on a vacation home and refi in 2016 with another broker it was an absolute nightmare. I will never go to anyone else but Suzanne.

  I was lucky to find Suzanne through Yelp. Previous reviews were positive, and all aspects of re-financing our mortgage went pretty smooth. There were a couple of hitches during the process, but a call to Suzanne or one her associates was all it took to resolve the hitch. Everything was done through phone, docu-sign, or email except for signing the actual papers, and that process only took 45 minutes.   Suzanne at Barton Hills Mortgage is great, professional and was a great joy to work with. She did our entire loan while I enjoyed satisfying the loan requirements from my home at my convenience. Not a single hiccup. Closing costs we're much less to other brokers we compared and the service was very impressive. Our cash-out refi was a little tricky but she handled it in stride and got us more than we requested. Thank you and I would and will recommend her to anyone I come in contact with who wish to have their mortgage taken care of in a professional manner.

I was in an extreme time crunch and I had literally emailed her at midnight...not only did she respond to my email at like 5 AM we were able to schedule a conference call by 7AM and get things moving before the official business day had even started.
