To begin, he went out of his way and worked on a Sunday in order to make sure that I had a pre-approval so that I could put in an offer on a home by Monday (the next day)!   Look no further, I cannot praise Barry Hochberg enough for his help in securing a jumbo mortgage for our new home. Barry has a wealth of information and he educated me and my family every step of the way. Our situation required a very short closing, and Barry was able to not only meet the deadline, but we were able to close 2-days early. He kept us advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason for every obscure document requested was needed, and continually had our best interest in mind 100% of the time. His manner was always friendly, and he was easily available to answer every question we had anytime of the day. Previously, we had gone directly to banks for our mortgages. We don't believe that we will ever do that again if Barry is around to assist in the process. We will strongly recommend Barry to our family and friends in the future, and we will be certain to use him the next time we require new financing.
