  I applied for a loan a few days ago. I have a great credit score. They said they don't need any underwriting docs for approval. They promised me they will have an answer within 24-48 hours. However, I called them and emailed them many times after 48 hours and I didn't get any reply from them. After waiting on hold and after many phone calls, they said I was denied. Zero stars. NOT RECOMMENDED! VERY NOT RELIABLE! I should have checked the Google reviews BEFORE I contacted them. I would've seen that most of their reviews are bad experiences of many people. I regret I believed their empty promises before looking into this more.

  I am getting suspicious phishing/scam mail from this entity. Don’t trust them with anything. Edit (Reply to BHG Financial): Hey, here is a thought. Maybe 1) don’t send junk mail to someone who never signed up to receive it. But more important, 2) don’t send scam/phishing email to someone who hasn’t signed up to receive it. Or, wait… 3) maybe instead just don’t scam people?

  Please stay away from these guys. Total rip off. They will lock you with all kinds of penalties, they will attach either your property or your personnal insurance. be careful, if anyone needs proof, contact me, i am a victim. Interest rate also high. Run away peeps. Better find a deal with your local real banker. I am gonna tell all my friends and co-workers not to jump on their scam.

  I dont know anything about BHG's financial products. I receive constant junk mail from them. I checked the BBB for Florida. Nearly 300 complaints. Think about it...if a company must constantly send junk mail to attract clients , what does that tell you about this shady business. My advice RUN!! If you dont like the junk mail. you can set them up with free junk mail services for freebies, insurances, cannabis...just sign them up so they can get a taste of their own medicine.

  Don't give these people any of your business or personal info they are sham company and not a bonified lender. Beware of Willie the used car salesman type. They collect all your info and then try to pass you on to a pay day loan company. DON'T DO IT !

  I have never received so much junk mail from a company. I have not done business with this company and definitely wont even consider it now. I see Davie, FL now and I just toss it in the garbage.

  Just recieved a sketchy yellow envelope labeled as first class in Houston TX. We knew it was sketchy from the beginning because the person's name was somewhat similar but after looking online and reading these negative reviews they validated our suspicions. Beware please

  I received letter after letter finally applied for a 20, 000 loan 715 credit rating ( four points from outstanding ) 300,000 in the market and was refused. HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME

  I took out a loan from BHG around October. Yes you have to be ready to negotiate and make sure you don’t end up with prepayment penalty or a high interest. After declining I was able to obtain a more favorable rate with no prepayment penalty. This loan didn’t show up on my credit report which helped me obtain the lowest interest rate on my refinance because my debt to income ratio was 0% and credit score jumping above 800 fico. I now paid off the loan with my refi and purchased another investment property.
