  A realtor who is a friend of mine introduced me to Justin to help us get financing for our new home. Justin did an amazing job helping me and my family get our first home. Mr. Cervantes has exceptional knowledge and experience especially on how to obtain a mortgage for someone who is a new resident in the US and has overseas investments. Eight years later we wanted to move to a new home and we did not think twice to reach out to Justin to help us find the proper financing at competitive rates as usual. For us, we became so confident that when Justin is involved he will handle his part professionally and we do not have to worry about anything.

  We recently closed on our first home. Michael Colletti was the best! He was very professional, helpful, and patient. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) without ever becoming frustrated. He was there every step of the way.   My mother and I recently purchased a home and i would of loved to join in on everyone's happiness and grace for this company, and i do not doubt that others working for this company are great people. Unfortunately, i am not able to do so, due to the amount of headache, stress, and emotions that we went through dealing with Herbert B. He was extremely unprofessional, Rude, and unorganized. This process was hell for me and i could not wait to wake up from this nightmare.

  Certified Home Loans is an outstanding company! Ricky Aquino is so easy to work with and very professional. The process of getting our home loan approved and all paperwork completed was about two weeks. It was so quick and easy working with them! They are very upfront and honest and will let you know if things will get delayed or not. We got updates almost daily about where we were in the process. Our realtor was so impressed with Ricky and Certified Home Loans that she is going to start recommending them to all her clients. I can't thank them enough for such an awesome experience!

  Justin not only helps you secure a loan but also helps you learn the process behind the loan. His approach towards running numbers is simple and unique at the same time.
