  STORE #510016 Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! They don't answer phone appropriately, left me on hold 7 minutes then again another 5...rediculous..all just to take a payment. With the two women there both UNPROFESSIONAL they need to be Retrained or FIRED, as an ex business owner myself phone etiquette is very important, and greating customers . They deserve zero stars...Go to Barri loans across from Bealls where they are more professional....

  Man I've never gotten a loan from this place, but a buddy of mine has and Barri Finance will harass the hell out of you if they can't get in contact with their customer. As if being bombarded by phone calls wasn't enough, they have the audacity to speak to me in Spanish, and when I try to reply in English, they consistently remain talking in Spanish. Can't help you if you can't communicate with me. Plus, I'm a firm believer that if you're operating your business in the USA you should speak to your customer's in English first. Then Spanish if they request it. For this, I am giving this business a 1 star rating for constantly harassing people associated with their customers, and assuming everyone in the RGV speaks Spanish.

  Tried to get money order only for one of the girls to mess it up and print it out upside down. Had to take 3-4 trips to correct it. Do not recommend you do your money orders here unless the girl responsible is gone.
