  Mark and crew were fantastic to work with! Communication was exceptional and really what made the difference for us. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they explained all the steps and guided is through our mortgage process. This was even more important since we didn't use a traditional realtor to purchase our house. After the purchase, the continued regular reporting on the state of our mortgage compared to the value of our house that they send us has been a nice added bonus as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  I just refinanced my house with Mark and I would highly recommend him for your mortgage broker! He was kind, professional and efficient! My refinance was a little more difficult than most and Mark put in a lot of extra work to make it happen. He kept me up to date on the process with phone calls, emails and texts. He is a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. His loan processor, Kim, was amazing too!

  Mark Barnett and crew definitely know their business! He had a very professional upfront interactive video presentation spelling out the proposal for my mortgage in a way that I could really digest and watch again if needed (I did). During the wait to close, there were regular updates on milestone, diligent attention to detail and honest answers to hard questions. I would highly recommend these guys! Thanks Mark

  I would recommend Barnett Mortgage for your mortgage needs. Mark walked us through the process step by step, took time to explain it and was always easy to talk to and understand. We asked a lot of questions and his knowledge of the market, products, and process were to be commended. He was not afraid to tell us he was not sure but he would find out for us. And he did. He would follow-up with us to make sure we were getting the info we needed and explained items that were needed of us. We are grateful that a former customer recommended him to us.
