  Kim has helped me with a couple of mortgages and I would never consider getting help from anyone else! She is extremely organized and really cares about her clients! She made the process so easy for me! She really knows her stuff and has a great team that gets the job done! I have worked with other lenders in the past and it was such a frustrating process.   Kim Beirne is, hands down, the best lender I have ever worked with. Years ago, when another lender couldn't get our file across the finish line, I was introduced to Kim. I called her on December 21st and explained our situation. The previous lender had our file going on 60 days without progress. Kim was on Christmas vacation, walking down the beach in Hawaii, and she ensured me that she could get us closed. So we begged the selling contractor for yet another extension. On January 21st, she got our file funded and we got the keys to our house. We have now closed our third home loan with Kim and we will never use another lender. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a home loan or refi, that you use Kim and her Loan Simple team; you will not be disappointed. Loan Simple is a customer service based company that happens to do home loans.

  Kim has helped me not only get into my first home and refinance over the years but she got me into my dream home this past few weeks.   Kim and her team helped me very much thru a difficult time in my life. My husband died in Aug and Kim helped me get approved for a loan, and into a new house near my Daughter by mid Nov. She explained everything along the way, and helped me understand what was happening. Thank you so much Kim.

  Kim Beirne with loan simple is great to work with. This is the second time we have worked with her. If you get your end of the information they need ASAP they will get things moving fast. I contacted Kim about a refinance for a shorter terms. Not only did she find something that worked for us she even got us a lower interest rate than we expected.
