  Sheryl and I have an interesting history. I was referred several years ago, but just couldn’t qualify under the current federal guidelines. I kept returning annually, she’d review my request, and we’d just try again.☺️ I just finalized my long-awaited refi and I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with Sheryl, her staff, and her partners. I would absolutely recommend the Fort Collins Guild mortgage branch over anyone else!

  We have used Guild Mortgage during our last 3 home loan/re-financing processes. The main reason for our satisfaction and positive experiences is Sheryl Laskie, who is a Branch Manager for Guild. She has always gone over and above for us. She has given us great advice and spent many long hours getting us the very best rates and loan scheduling that would benefit us. I have always felt that Sheryl has always seen our best interests as her top priority. My husband and I have been very happy with Guild and their services. One thing we especially appreciate is that they don't sell your loan to other mortgage companies. You can stay with Guild for the life of your loan instead of having your mortgage company change over and over again. We will continue to use Guild and Sheryl for any of our future mortgage and financial needs.

  Our broker, Sheryl Laskie, is fantastic. We have done two purchases and two refi's with her, and she has been thorough and helpful each and every time. We had an issue with our closing documents during our last refi this fall, but Sheryl was immediately on it and the issue was resolved for us. There's a reason we keep coming back to Sheryl!

  Guild is simply fantastic! Sheryl has been my go to from the start, from helping guide me through the first home buying process in 2019 (along with top-notch financial advice in general), to completing a refinance in late 2020. Where other companies had an almost immediate "no" on the initial purchase, Guild helped find solutions to it happen. On the refinance, I was out of the country and needed to stay abroad and Sheryl worked with me to make an international closing happen while staying within the US regulations. Can't stress just how highly I recommend Guild. Is there a 6 star / A++ option?

  Our experience with Sheryl Laskie was the best experience I have had with a mortgage lender. I would not be living in my dream home if it wasn't for her. Sheryl does everything in her power to get you the home you desire within reasonable means to you financially. She is very educated in her profession and is always on the ball. She was with us every step of the way. And it didn't stop once we got the loan, she came to the closing table for support and even after that she has become a friend who continues to care for our family. She offers advise and help to continually get your credit score to excellent. One of my favorite things, besides the amazing person she is, is the loan we got was through her company, Guild Mortgage, so there is never any confusion when it comes to paying our mortgage. I recommend Sheryl Laskie, as I personally believe there is nobody better!

  I need to let you all know what a gem Sheryl Laskie is. She was fantastic as my loan officer, but it was a fairly straightforward process. The fellow who bought my house was using another mortgage company with whom he was prequalified. However, they found several quite interesting reasons not to give the loan to him. I called Sheryl and the first words she said were "don't worry, l'll get it done." I have no idea of the hours Sheryl spent working on this loan; however, over the course of a month Sheryl would keep me updated telling me some of the trials involved on my end of selling a condo. Her unwavering confidence allowed me to sleep at night. In the end things worked out as Sheryl predicted. The condo association gained benefits, l sold my home by myself, and the buyer now stands further along in his path to financial solvency. It was a win from all perspectives and it was Sheryl's hardwork, ability, and confidence that made it all happen. I will recommend Sheryl to everyone l know. Thank you, Sheryl.
