  I have been working with Cathy Donaher at the Nashua branch for about 5 months now. Cathy made transitioning to Bar Harbor Bank seamless. Cathy is always quick to respond, even answering emails at 10pm! I highly recommend both Bar Harbor Bank and Trust and Cathy.

  Great Bank. This establishment is much different than most by setting such high standards. They're super respectful and accommodating. It's almost euphoric when you visit for serious business, it's as if they are pumping something into the air systems because they are so laid back and soft spoken, they make you feel the same.. Nothing is done in haste. I went through a very difficult time when I lost my husband and property was involved. I went in like a deer in headlights. I met with a few of them ( wish I had names)and they made it such a easy transition...EASY! It was 2018..now after a pandemic in 2021 these people, this bank has continued to have my back and it got rough,scary rough! They were more than patient, more than courteous and very professional. No threats, no asking for things that weren't possible, no constant phonecalls, Just patience and good advice if you asked for it. I hope when I leave Nashua to start the new chapter of my life that there is a bank affiliated with this one so that I may continue my business and put it in very trustworthy, capable and honest hands!!   I wanted to say thank you to all the amazing people at Bar Harbor Bank and Trust. I started my business this year just before the pandemic and I was at a crossroad. I reached out to one of your amazing employees for help and she was able to assist me in getting a PPP Loan. If it wasn't for them understanding of the program and swift guidance I would still be sitting here with no means to provide for my family. I really want people to know about your institution and that no matter how big or small or new or old your business is, it's amazing that Bar Harbor Bank and Trust looks out for all community businesses.
