      This is the worst bank I have ever seen. The staff is unfriendly, poor at customer service and bigoted. I have banked with Banterra for years. Every time I go to the one in Kroger I get treated like I'm there to rob them. I couldn't deposit my paycheck without answering a dozen security questions. And instead of one of the other tellers who both know me just saying it's fine we know her, they let this idiot disrespect me. So I left. Shame on you. I think I'm going to keep my money in a coffee can from now on.

      Walk in and got a new debit card printed out in less than 5 minutes. didn't have to call and wait a week for it to come in the mail. Polite. Didn't complain when I screwed up type it in numbers three times. Didn't give me any hell about handwriting.
