  If you don't have the best credit they will still approve you just make sure you take the vehicle you get on a long test drive I went through 3 vehicles before I got one with no problems other than needing break pads

  Horrible customer service! Had to put a star but they deserve a negative star! I purchased my car from them in March, I have never missed a payment, I called to explain to them that my card was stolen and I could not make the complete payment until I received a new card in the mail. I told them that I would make a partial payment. Tina yelled at me multiple times and told me there was nothing I could do, and if I don't pay by Wednesday(today is Monday) they would repo my car! I called back to speak with Donna(manager) she was very rude and arrogant. She told me I've only been with the company for a couple months so I am not considered a loyal customer, and there is nothing she could do, when I know personally multiple people who have had an opportunity to make up a payment. she continued to try and back track her statements. DO NOT GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!! It might seem like the best option at the moment but it will be a huge regret in the end. I really hope enough people get tired of their money hungry ways and they get shut down!!

  Why anyone would buy a car here is beyond me. I worked with a guy who bought a pick-up truck here a couple years ago. He was ONE day late with his payment one time. ONE DAY, and they literally came looking for him. Some guy came to where we worked and lectured my co-worker about being late in front of everyone. My co-worker calmly explained to the guy that he had simply forgot and that he would get the payment to them as soon as he got off work. When his shift ended, he walked out to his truck and the guy was standing there waiting on him. He literally rode up to the bank with my co-worker to make sure he got the money. It was kind of creepy. Also, it's important to know that they charge ungodly interest rates and fees. I understand that some people are desperate for a vehicle, but you should avoid this place at all costs. It's just not worth it.

  They got me a great deal and even approved for a loan. I was having problems but I really needed a car. I was very fortunate to be able to deal with them. They were all very friendlily and took great care of me. Love the new car!

  I have not even had my van three months and i already regret it. They wouldn't give me the extended warranty because my husband was a second driver and he deliverer's pizza for a living EVEN tho he NEVER drives it! They won't let me trade it in, i already have to put a brand new starter in it, and the window motor went out. ALREADY!!!! SO disappointed and will NEVER ever go back. Really thinking about just being with out a vehicle and letting it go back!

  Worst experience of my life. Car had problems from the get go! And I had opted for the extended warranty which every time I called I was denied using said warranty. Only time they helped was when it finally was so bad oil sending unit went out and needed a new head gasket. Then the closer I got to paying it off the worse certain women I spoke to were! Only person I recommend speaking with is Jodi. Cause Stephanie isn't anyone I ever wanna speak with again!!!!!!!!!

  Dont do it! Turn around and go somewhere else! I made a full payment on my car and they used their kill switch to shut my car down just 4 days later. They will ruin your life. No one should have the power to turn your car off! But Auto Credit aka Mid American Lending, doesn't care. I had an emergency and I went to my car to take someone to the ER because they was running an 105.00 degree temperature, and my car was shut down by Auto Credit/ Mid American Lending. I have contacted The Better Business Bureau and Land of Lincoln. May justice prevail! I have paid my bills. I have not NOT given them cash for payments. Nothing but selfish greedy mofia wannabes. Turn around and go somewhere else, Im sure you would get treated a lot better!

  I've had to purchase a couple vehicles from them now. ..... I recently went in to purchase another one for daughter that she would be making payments for. My daughter was not able to get a loan due to her age. ..... but I could get anothet loan, the problem is that this would not help build my daughter's credit and would virtually waste my money. They could have sold me a vehicle that day ..... but the manager sat and talked with me and my daughter about how this purchase would do nothing to help her and explained how waiting another 6 months would help her make her money work for her. My point is that they could have made money off me that day, but cared enough to talk my daughter into waiting and for this reason I will be back to buy from them again. I know the buy here pay here places get a lot of criticism because of high interest rates on higher mileage cars, but for those of us who have poor credit they can be a real life saver. .... and I really appreciated their honesty with me the last time I'd stopped in to make a purchase. KUDOS to that service manager there.

  (Mid America Lending) a predatory company in my currents situation with this pandemic they have been calling me every day to make a payment and to charge me for a car that I currently can’t pay bcs i have been laid off from worrk!!! I told them to extend my loan science im still wanting fo unemployment i still want to keep my car and pay for it once im back on my feet but they will not understand they just want me to give them all that I don’t have I haven’t even been able to receive my unemployment yet. Someone has to do something with this company im under a lot of stress just bcs of them calling me everyday. I told the that i will call them as soon as i get my unemployment money but they still calling me and that’s making me want to stop paying this loan not the fact that I can’t pay it is just they are so rude and hostile that I feel like im going to need to see a therapist once I finish with this bcs they are driving me crazy don’t trust them they are rats. 💔
