  The entire staff is a delight to see when I go in. They make you feel like you're the most important customer in the world. Like I said, all the staff is the BOMB! A special shout out to Heater Weldon and Diana Taormina!

  The tellers there are all wonderful: Always pleasant, professional and efficient. Pre-Covid, I always enjoyed going into the Yreka branch for their seasonal decor and hospitality. I am just as pleased to see their calm, friendly faces at the driveup window now, though, and I'm impressed with how they've handled operations during the pandemic.

  This bank is discriminating against me and it's sickening. I just received a letter from them that stated they no longer wanted to bank with me anymore. Is this because I went thru the drive through with some of my family whom are racially mixed?. Or is this financial distrimination?, Due to covid19 and the fact that I haven't had any direct deposits deposited into it in a long while ? lts unprofessional distrimination or financial distrimination. Either way , I agree totally to close my account and I no longer want to bank with a bank like yours . I had just set up direct deposit for my new job that would have started next week but no thank you now . I would rather bank elsewhere.

  I deposited a check on October 12, they told me I could get 200 dollars, I got 40. Then I did online payment for the 16th and they overdrafted me twice because their system is garbage. Watch out, they will steal your money. How do you get over 4 stars here and 1 star on the BBB website? Also, I did call the bank and went in personally, they told me it was my fault and then the manager walked away from me so I couldn't talk to her anymore.
