  Always wonderful to do business with But have a hard time reaching them on the phone lately and Antartica call center cannot answer my question. So I am frustrated that someone is not at my local bank to answer the phone and give me an answer to my question. Other than that I have no complaints with my bank. Great people, just wish I could actually talk to someone.

We are working quickly to resolve that. We have a few other options you many find helpful, including online chat and secure message, both available when signed in to online banking. Online chat is available weekdays during business hours - look for the chat icon in the lower right screen of online banking and click to start a conversation.   I bank at the Banner Bank in Clarkston, WA. I love all the ladies that work there. They make it a point to remember your name & are always very friendly. Plus I love that I don't have to travel that far to go to the bank.

  Easy to open accounts and friendly service, slightly under staffed so there may be a wait but the location and access to drive through is convenient
