  Complete trash after trying to open a new account I was denied because of an old charge of $40 on a closed account. Even if I pay they said they will not open a new account for me and that I have to wait 6 months to a year before I can reapply. If $40 is the deciding factor shouldn't I be able to pay this and open a new account? Simple fact that I wanted to open a new account and fund it with over $200 should be enough I'm disappointed and will not be coming back to this location or any banner Bank branch and I would urge anyone reading this to do the same there are low class low budget local bank that's no longer worth my time. Whoever is in charge of this company is doing a terrible job.

  Love this branch and all the banner bank branches. I have been with this bank for almost two years with no incident. Love the fact that they are polite and very helpful. All the tellers at the bank are awesome. The bank manager is nice as well. Keep up the good work and thanks for being so personable.

  They wouldn't exchange my 20 dollar bill for two rolls of quarters without an account. I just need quarters and every other bank does that.

  If you value your name with your company and do not have a real account with this bank and only use it to cash your checks do not do it at this location! I worked for a company and not only did this happen to me personally, but to my coworkers and employee's as well. You will go in to cash your check, like any other place, shortly after weeks to months later your boss will get a call from a fraud department asking to verify a check number. Come to find out somebody steals the checks you cash that btw they do not immediately discard for security purposes rather lock it in a safe with thousands of other checks and don't safely get rid of for a month(told to me by an employee) so anybody has free range to your unsecure checks if they have access! They will fraudulently double or write over your name and try to either mobile deposit or deposit it at the branch location, mine personally was a branch location they tried to deposit it in, the fraud department flagged it and took care of it (thankfully) but that didn't stop the owner from questioning me about the fraud that happened. When I talked to an employee here she told me all checks are held in a safe for a month then "safely" discarded. When I told her somebody inside was stealing the checks she practically laughed at me which leads me to believe these people DO NOT screen there employees or take security matters seriously. I will never bank with Banner Bank solely for this reason. This is not a safe bank!!! and it does not deserve a single star.

  I’ve never had a bad experience here, even in difficult situations. The Staff At this location in particular know what it means to be Sophisticated when dealing with the costumers needs and always maintaining the relaxed friendly environment.

  This is a bank that takes care of my banking needs. The friendly staff and less wait time is a plus. Even the branch manager is very helpful. Recommend others to join and enjoy the service and convenience

  I've been doing a lot of work for Banner Bank and realized how much of a quality institution it was. Just opened up an account a few weeks ago and it's been great!
