      Terrible service, you can't deposit here because there's no tellers. Waited 45 minutes just to be told I can't deposit a check there. The person at the front failed to inform me that after asking if I can deposit at this bank.

      My wife and I went to deposit money and the atm ate 600! Please beware, we filed a claim and only received 200. This is very troubling as we've been with becu for 7 years and have recently encountered issues with there ATM. sometimes they don't work , and now I'm scared to deposit my hard earned money there. I'm not sure what to do and considering switching banks.

      This little satellite branch has great customer service and a very welcoming feel to it. They only allow cash withdrawals via the ATM's in the front, so chances are you won't ever have to interact with the personal bankers, but whenever I have, they are warm and courteous. The location is good and has good accessibility and parking. On top of that, BECU is great to bank with. No hidden fees, great rates on loans.

      My husband came here to deposit money on his Credit Card. A member for over 17 years. You asked him to take off his mask? Why? Because he is a 6"2 brown man? Now you tell me? As he questioned you in regards to this what was your answer? We are in COVID and yes he is an essential worker he will not be removing his mask for anyone. Why would anyone come into a bank to deposit money on someones account fraudulently? Luckily we went to Auburn, NO need for him to take his mask off there! Profile Very Much Kent Location?       I stand by BECU, and I won't change my bank because I like their service elsewhere, but this branch is HORRIBLE. Terrible customer service everytime. I went in today to say I was going out of the country for a while, the clerk made me bring up the app on my phone and said "do it there" and that was it. What she didn't ask and I didn't know was that for trips longer than 90 days I need to contact BECU either in person or by phone because you cannot do it online. The bank is closed now and I have to do the same thing tomorrow.

      I sat here for 15 minutes while I watched an associate sit at her desk not helping anyone by the window. The branch manager also wasn't helping anyone. The other associates had people. There should be a focus on helping customers sitting and waiting. I understand there are things that need to get done, but in my business you'd never sell anything if you did that. Those things can wait, help your customers! At a bank you don't see tellers just ignoring customers in line, but apparently you can get away with that at a neighborhood financial center. Just bury your nose in your computer and type away.

      20-30 minute wait for a cashier's check only to be told that their queue system was broken. Also, no one to man the quick service desk. There should always be a representative available to take quick service banking needs at neighborhood branches so that those needing banking transactions shouldn't have to wait for appointments.
