      I had a really good experience here. Calvin May helped me with my business account issues that's been going on for few months with a breeze. He was very professional and courteous. I was curious why there are so many bad reviews for this branch, but it turns out Calvin just moved to this branch a few weeks ago.. NO WONDER! I really hope the team here will follow the good example of Calvin and boost the customer relations in this community.

      Tooooo many customers while they run short staff, waiting time is very long This picture has been taken after a 2nd window opened, line is shorter than when I was waiting in the line. You guys need to hire more staff or just close this office if you don't have enough money to pay for more employees

      Wasted 3 hours of my life here talking to everyone available to make a mortgage pay off. At the same time I was on the phone with Bank of America trying to get the payoff amount for 3 hours. I was shuffled and hung up on multiple times. Once I finally did get the payoff amount I stood in line to pay it and they told me it was past time for that kind of transaction. When I showed my frustration the branch manager told me I was being rediculous and was asked to leave the branch.Never to business with Bank of America.

      Came on Friday 1pm - closed Saturday 12pm - closed Monday 11am - closed If I guys closed u should at least let ur customers know, or have temperature hours posted and don't make me feel dumb every time I wanna go to the bank. My visit was very important for my business. Cancel all my accounts here, Wells Fargo have better service at least at this point.

      the bank is not bad, but the line to make the depazit is huge, and only one, two windows out of seven work. The rest of the staff is sitting and pretending to be working, why are you paying money ?!

      Very poor service! (Not Drive-thru) I wanted a notry attestation as I was not from the area still the manager was giving me appointment after 4 hours for not even a 1 minute work. I could see all their cabins were empty and no employee was busy but nobody was willing to help. The only person doing his job was security. Sad !!! Whereas US Bank across the street done it within less than 5 minutes customer service was excellent especially Emily Renteria was extremely helpful.

      Funny thing is this bank took a chance on me and gave me a credit card even though it's $600 limit it helped me establish length of credit when no other banks that I've been with for the last 14 years and all the credit cards that I applied to denied but thanks to this Bank I went from very poor to almost good standing if US Bank and the jails didn't get in the way and four years and got my debt minus my student loans to almost 9 Grand or so. My debt to society almost paid off and reset my criminal record to zero and that was in the Republican side of King county Democrat side they want me to ruin my life and be a criminal for the rest of my life and rap and give up on my education so they created a lie

      I went in this morning to grab $700 out even though my bank isn’t within this organization. A young beautiful woman assisted me while receiving help from a very professional and respectful supervisor. Even though I couldn’t get my task completed through this bank they were beyond helpful and informative on my steps to get the money I needed out through another institution. The only thing I wish is that I could’ve stuck around to give that young bank teller more attention or contact information to thank her awesomeness personally! And thank you to the woman who was a very “on top of it” supervisor! I was in and out in 5 min or less 😓 thank you!!!!!
