Elicia Hamilton2Staff is nice but every visit is with a new face. Turnover of employment in Chewelah office is insane and people I know that have been in for interviews are told they will follow up in a week and never receive a call back or return voicemails.

Dennis West4I have managed several businesses and have experiences from poor service to providing perfection but since retiring and moving to Chewelah I truly enjoy the open friendlyness and always extending a hello and when finished they make it seem that they enjoyed and appreciated helping with any transactions and appreciated you banking with them. With saying that, I noticed that customers before me and those who i have observed stepping up after me are treated like wise. I wish the other businesses followed this model.
