  I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to share a very different experience than the previous review. We have used Bankers Mortgage for 2 home loans and most recently a re-finance. We found the entire staff to be extremely helpful and efficient. The website was very user friendly and walked you through every step of the process and what was needed. If I ever had any questions the staff was very kind and quick to respond. I was frequently updated and always knew where we were in the process. It was quick and easy and I will continue to use Bankers Mortgage for all of my home lending needs.

  We have used Bankers Mortgage for several years for home loans, and it have always been a fantastic experience. Bankers Mortgage has exceptional service and keeps us informed every step of the way. We have recommended them to all our family and friends, because they make the home purchasing process convenient and understandable. The whole staff is outstanding!

  We bought our second home through Banker's Mortgage. Not only were they super helpful with every single question we had, but they also answered everything quickly. We needed to close on a certain day, and from the beginning, they worked with us and made it happen! Our banker went out of her way to be sure we were comfortable and understood the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for your mortgage needs! They are the best!!

  Bankers Mortgage is the BEST! They were very thorough and helped me through the process at every turn. They offered me several options and I was very happy with the result. Their people were fast, professional, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. As everyone knows, the mortgage lending process can be very tedious, but Bankers Mortgage made it easy! I don't think you could find a better company to work with for a mortgage loan.

  I’ve procured my last two mortgages through Bankers Mortgage. I worked with Teresa both times, and she was great. Was always available. And made sure all my needs were taken care of. When looking for a mortgage broker, I would highly encourage my friends and family to use Bankers Mortgage.

  Our experience with this Bank has been exceptional. My wife and I have been customers since 2004. We have watched this Bank grow over the years. We have recommended them to our other family members. They have provided us personally with no less than 10 mortgages. They also provided us with financial support when we lost two of our rental properties during the tornado in Moore on 20 May 2013. We highly recommend this Bank. BK Benard

  My Husband and I applied for a loan and were approved. We found a house and started closing process. They had me jumping through hoops 24/7. It was so hard to get a hold of Cheryl Hudson. When we did get a hold of her she was short and very rude. We are going through Cherokee Nation MAPS program. The program requires some paper work they had to request from her and you could tell she didn't want to deal with us. We got to our closing day almost. The day before I got a phone call requesting a year worth of utility bills and if I couldn't close. They said we no longer had enough credit which they knew our credit when the pre-approved us. We have really good credit scores. We just didn't have 3 lines. It seemed like from the start they didn't want to lend to us. They just dragged us along knowing the entire time it wasn't going to work. They we're so unorganized it was crazy. They are very unprofessional and discriminated us because of our age. When they dropped us they told us we could still use the appraisal then turned around and wanted $600. I am so disappointed in this company and can't believe the way they treated us. I think its all because of our age they just slung us around thinking we had no clue about what they are doing. They took advantage of us! They have made our first home buying experience horrible. They don't care anything about others. It took them about 3 months to tell us no.

  When you need a mortgage or a refi go here first! Over the last 12 years, we have financed our last three houses and one refi through Bankers Mortgage. We found them extraordinarily helpful and professional. They were transparent and kept us well informed throughout the process. The interest rates were low with several loan options. They interfaced with their underwriters to help us provide the minimum information required – and only one time! On our refi, they went to great lengths to help us avoid redundant and unnecessary paperwork.

  I can’t believe how easy it was to work with Bankers !! All you hear is about how terrible getting a mortgage is ... I couldn’t disagree more, maybe they were just going to the wrong place for their loan !! Great Service !
