I’d give a 0 if I could. Don’t ever dare lose/have an issue with your card because you won’t get a new one for months here. We called to get a new card in October and just got it. Meaning I had to get by for FIVE MONTHS without a card. People can’t just live months and months with no way to pay for anything like I did. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I don’t know what made my family decide to use BOTW, but that was a huge mistake. Horrible, horrible bank. Use any other bank. Honestly it’d be better to store your money in a mattress.

What a joke of a bank. The banker I believe his name was Glen talked down to my wife and I and really seemed to think he was better than us. I understand you have policies you must adhere to but I am fairly certain treating your customer with respect and dignity is one of those policies. I have never had someone treat me so badly. I would personally not allow anyone like Glen to represent my business.

Went in to cash a check from my work and Glen treated me like I was a piece of trash. I’m blown away that anyone would ever treat someone so poorly. That was the absolute worst customer service experience of my entire life. Glen should not be let anywhere near your customers.

I have been banking with this bank for over ten plus years. I have a personal and business account with them. My experience with them has been great and over the years most of the tellers began to known my name. However, yesterday I went in to deposit a small jar of change.Only to be told they do not have a coin counter machine and they could send the change over to another branch to count the coins and credit my account. The other option was to drive over there and personally make the deposit. What bank does not have a coin counting machine? Apparently my bank does not have one. How do they count their change they acquirer from deposits? Do they only accept bills and no coins of any kind for deposits? Needless to say, I opted go else where were my coins are accepted. Their customer service has costed them a star.

This bank is not concerned with customer service. To be quite clear it was at one time the best place to be treated fairly and kindly. You felt like a valued customer. Since Geno Lavigna became Branch Manager/Vice President the service has suffered. They cannot keep tellers as there are knew ones constantly, I am sure that is due to the unprofessionalism displayed by Geno. In the last year and a half I have struggled to have deposits, checks and/or any service really to be completed in a timely manner. And for problem solving for the customer, that will NEVER happen. They have your money and could care less about you! Save the misery and move on to a better company.

I had an issue with a refund that should of been credited to my account from 6 months ago. Instead of a refund, somehow after dealing with BOW I was charged double. They adjusted my account in the wrong way. I got charged twice for something I returned. This bank made everything worse. Finally I got half my $ back. Bank of The West could of got me the original $ back. They never did. I went with another bank.

I have been repeatedly been lied to and have had transaction errors from this branch. The management and staff is rather bad, very aggressive, and does not take discussion of bank errors very well. About a month ago I had a teller post a deposit for $400.00 as withdrawl. It took a call to corporate to fix that. Over a year ago as well I had fraudulent charges on my account. I completed the necessary forms, and heard nothing back from the bank. I received half my transactions back, and still did not receive the additional money outstanding, nor did I received a refund for the overdrafts on my account even though it was fraud. Transfering money from multiple accounts is a joke as well. I repeatedly was told it would be same day both in and out of the account from any other Bank of the West account and often (a dozen times) had it take 1-3 days to clear. I have been told as well that business days range anywhere from 11AM, Noon, 3PM, 4PM, and 4:30PM. All of these business day cutoff times told to me from different tellers and from the manager as well. I have tried closing the account several times and have been told as well that I need to give 30 days written notice. I called corporate and they stated I could close it with them as well. I called back a day later and was instead told that they can no longer do that and that I would have to speak to the manager. Many many more stories and woes from this branch. DO NOT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE! If you have $2,500+ in savings or your account, they will treat you like royalty. If you do not... they will throw you under the money bus. Frankly, I would feel better if I kept my money in my mattress instead of here.

I've been very happy with this Bank but I do get annoyed about the fact that they are constantly moving their change counters. I do not want to have to drive to three different branches to figure out where to count my change. People need to be able to use any type of service a bank can provide at any branch.

Went to the drive to on Saturday the temporary hours list on a piece of paper say Saturday 9 to 12 they were closed their the only bank in town who has not reopened their lobby I just don't understand how you can have advertised hours even on the website and our honor those hours so I guess if you wrote a check and mailed it to day and planned on going to the bank to make sure that funds available you're going to get screwed about the contractor that was behind me that was so pist off yelling and shouting as he wanted to pay his contractors today and 3 of the branches and the Southwest plaza area were closed this is not the banking experience I am looking for I need a Bank to be open normal banking hours even this branches only open 930 to 4 just ludicrous good luck
