  I love Connie, I love this place...but not being open on Saturday is an absolute bummer. I had to open a 2nd account at another bank due to this. Customer Support is also the pits. Linking my debit card to my phone is an abysmal process.

  I like this branch. MO is super friendly and helpful. My experience with her is pleasant and efficient.

  Only customer all morning, 2 tellers and a manager couldn't do a simple wire transfer for over 50 minutes. I even had a copy of the last transfer from last time for them to use. Avoid... I will be going to another branch from now on, may even move my banking elsewhere. After waiting 50 minutes they said they couldn't do it. Go to another branch.

  Was told a check would clear in 1 day, came back 3 days later and was told it needs 7 days to clear. The bank teller told me to take it up with the person who deposited the check..... They speak of your financials in a loud manner disclosing what you have to all customers in the building. Did 3 wire transfers that day which took close to 1 hr and they did not offer me a seat. They had the transfers done at the teller station. The managers at this location didn't seem to be doing any work while the line built up behind me (sorry other customers). Will be closing my account with bank of the west. Also in general bank of the west phone customer service, is horrendous. It takes forever to speak with a live person. Take your banking to another company.

  crappy bank sometimes.... really depends on the teller.. painfully slow, closed the branch by my house , put up annoying bullet proof glass. wont cash my checks without a hassle.. should give it one star;].... closing my account soon anyway
