      I don't get all the really bad reviews. My customer service has always been great and they have always met or exceeded my expectations. Would give them five stars but they changed their hours and close to soon.

      Would be nice if you could take down the signs showing the WRONG drive through hours. You’ve only had a year to do so (according to the sheet of paper taped to the window a year ago, showing different hours). How are we supposed to know you haven’t switched back to normal hours, when they are still openly advertised on the windows?

      I take bad reviews with the grain of salt but all those bad reviews are true the worst branch of Bank of the West Possible... So glad a marriage license doesn't mean anything to Tyler and David never responds to email even though his card has an email on it

      Extra Charges. ATM , not theirs, the ATM charge plus $2. $4 to get 4 checks from counter. You pay for everything. Was there today. Staff could careless. I told them about bank across street. She say go there.
