  This place is a joke to get financed with, They lie and say this is our specialty working people with not the best credit, but they are no different than any other dealership, they dont work with you, they are just nice about it scam don't go there.

  I would like to know if you are ever going to give me my title once my vehicle is paid if you have no intention of giving me my title come get this POS vehicle out of my garage I would also like the credit bureau to be updated accordingly that I'm actually paying on it. you have an obligation to correct my credit report I've already disputed it you keep telling the credit bureaus that it's charged off and that I haven't made any payments on it since April so it now needs to be corrected otherwise I'm going to contact the attorney general . You have a legal obligation to either correct my credit report or remove it this is the only time I'm going to ask I've left several messages I've asked for a phone call back and you guys have done neither one my next step is to find an attorney

  I Love this place!! I have had troubles with my vehicle but they have always helped me. They are a Great place!! I have been pleased with the service I have had for years now. I don't have a complaint yet. Mike is the guy to go to. He's the best! Bob and John are so great!!

  Went with my son to get a car, but he left disappointed. With all banks wanting cosigner, their bank is just like the others. Not saying they don't have nice cars, it is their banking system. Avoid this place at all costs as they discriminate against age and possibly race. For a person that doesn't have a rent payment let alone anything budget wise they still know how to refuse loan approvals.

  Last week my fiance went and tried to get a vehicle. They denied him because his job is 'too unstable'. So knowing we need a second vehicle, I go in. I get approved. We test drive the vehicle, get back and the manager tells us he thinks we're trying to get a car for someone else so they will not give us the car. Says he needs to sell a vehicle, yeah and we need to buy a vehicle. The manager did nothing to try to help us, was instead very rude. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

  GO TO CORWIN, AUTO DOCTOR! They at least try and help ya! Even if the down payment is higher I hate that dealerships waste so much time filling out paperwork and everything. We had went there today, my bf and I. And wasted an hr and a half for nothing. I told them from the start I just started my job a month and one week ago and my bfs been at his job for 1 1/2. And he the guy says its okay, we can work with that. And then John turns around and says "oh auto company wants you to be at a job longer then one + month. For salesman that have worked there and have had plenty of people come in they should know what there regulations are. I cant believe with two incomes for one car and we still didn't get a car

  I bought a GMC Acadia my experience with the salesman have been good. I told them exactly what kind of vehicle I wanted and they got it for me unfortunately I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle from the beginning it seems like there is always something wrong with it and will not nor haven’t offered to get me into a different vehicle probably would not buy another car from them I don’t have the best credit but do have 2 car loans paid off and have been in this situation before and I was offer to be put in a different vehicle I don’t see my vehicle the length of the loan or having much trade in value when it’s time for rebuying

  Got a vehicle in may of 2017 and has been in there shop 7 times 4 times for motor issues and engine replacement but who really knows because it sounds like the same issues are coming back in the supposed used engine. 2 times for a whole new or used brake job and 1 for a new or used fuel line and fuel pump and now sitting in my driveway with break issues again. Have not had it long enough to take it in for an oil change myself, and now still in warranty and they won’t fix. And they will not work with me because I got mad at them because they can’t do the job right. And almost causing a crash with the family.

  I am sorry to hear that you are having vehicle problems. We ALWAYS do our best to make sure that the vehicles we sell are inspected and repaired before they are sold. When things go wrong after the vehicle is purchased we do our best to take care of the issues. We don't have our own shop but have relationships with multiple shops that fix the vehicles. It feels like this review is meant more for the shop than us. We cant always control the quality of the work the shop does but we will always try help you get your vehicle fixed properly.
