  Wow! If you don't absolutely love your bank - make the switch right now. The Bank of the Bluegrass has: THE BEST customer service. THE LATEST technology. THE FRIENDLIEST employees - they are so freaking nice. Stacy literally walked me through every step of connecting to their phone app, which is actually really simple. (Sometimes I am 900-years-old and super technologically inept. Lucky for me, Stacy kindly and generously practically did everything for me, except choose my password and answer my security questions.) They have 3 locations in Lexington, and they partner with an ATM company for FREE transactions in major retailers all across the U.S. AND they have the EZSwitch program, which can transfer all of your accounts including your direct deposits and recurring payments without all the hassle of having to do it manually. It’s so easy! I didn’t even feel like I did anything but give them my driver’s license and tell them my pin. AND remote deposit capture if you bank out of the area or own/operate the financial portion of a business. AND minimal foreign transaction fees for ATM in international countries - $2 or usually less. (Personally tested in Peru, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.) So if those were your only reasons for not switching, welcome to the Bank of the Bluegrass family - where you can actually look forward to visiting with your new friends while running errands.
