  The one star I gave was for one person Kayla Salas who really deserves 5 stars, but every person we’ve ever dealt with at this bank is rude and could care less about their customers or customer service. Never a smile, a hello from the rest and they always make you feel like they are annoyed when they have to help a customer. We’ve kept a savings account there because it was convenient but why keep your money with a bank who doesn’t instill good customer service values.

  I love most of the service, but trying to setup an account has been a pain for me twice and my husband the one time he did. If there is anything we have to call in for, we should expect it to take forever to get taken care of. On the other hand, once thinks get taken care of, the banking staff goes above and beyond to offer great customer service in the bank.

  banking with bank of Texas has been great. The staff are always kind and prompt. When you need information, answers are swiftly given. I have never had any financial issues. My only complaint is wishing there is a branch closer to me.

  Great little bank with the feel of a small town bank and all the resources of any other bank!! I’ve been banking with Bank of Texas for over 30 years!

  Have been a BOT customer since early 90's - Was called First National Bank of Park Cities when I opened account. Have always received prompt service and employees have always been friendly and welcoming. Thanks!

  I walked in today and was planning to start a new account and the guy in new accounts (Luis) was neither courteous nor helpful when telling me that I would need an appointment... what is it about people in the service industry these days? This guy was short with me and disrespectful. I wouldn't start an account at this bank if my life depended on it.

  Very unhappy with the way my mom was assisted when it came to closing her account. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she decided it was best to close her account with this bank because she wasn’t working but the main reason is she moved 4 hours away where they don’t even have this branch. She asked to speak to someone in Spanish but instead they acted like it would be too much of a bother to help her and pretended to be busy. Finally someone else took care of her which I appreciate but there is absolutely NO EXCUSE to not help your clients when they decide to bank with you no longer.

  Horrible branch. Bank is now temporarily closed for whatever ridiculous reason. Drive through has been closed for over a year and "under construction". Customers have to stand in line out side in the sun to deposit checks because the drive through is closed. Stores in the area are completely full. Myself and about 10 other customers I just spoke with will be switching banks immediately. Open the doors!!!!!
