  BOK has recently decided to close their drive thru at 5pm, (used to be 6pm) making it all but impossible for me to make a deposit when needed. Having banked here for 17 years, this seems to be a real kick in the teeth for customer service. Yes, there are a few branches with drive thru's open 'till 6 but they are quite a bit out of the way for me and it basically means I have to leave work early to make a deposit. Thanks BOK.

  Can't provide change for a deposit?? I have to send them cash in the drive thru, wait for change, take said change and then make the deposit with the exact amount on deposit slip! The 1 polite teller they had is now gone. Not to mention, you must fight the starbucks drive thru traffic in the parking lot

  Great people....but poor location for drive thru and parking being next door to Starbucks. Drive slowly and carefully when driving in and out of parking lot.

  I was accused of forging my husband's signature on a check, will not go to this branch again, very unprofessional, bet when I deposit my husband's checks they don't say a word.
