  Best bank in town! The staff always call me by name. They are friendly, efficient and always willing to help. It's nice to have a hometown feel when I walk in the door...I recommend everyone I know. Joan and Ashely are the best! Thank you for your dedication and committed service to your customers.

  Great experience. Tellers are always friendly and address you by your name. Rates were fair and Hilary in the loan department made the experience easy. I highly recommend banking here.

  Alan M. Is the absolute best loan officer I’ve ever worked with. I am strongly considering taking my money out of Wells and only banking with these guys. Bank of Idaho rocks and Alan should be promoted.

  Waited 21 minutes at the drive through today. The male teller allowed a customer to do "inside banking" through the drive through instead of asking her to come back during regular banking hours. He sent the tube back to this woman 4 times before she was finished! There were 5 cars behind us! I don't know the tellers name but he should be fired!

  Stood at counter several minutes before staff offered help even though they were standing around. Cashier was busy with another customer. Bathroom was a disaster. R544444

  Thanks for all the cap. Moone tells you that your passwords will change etc. Then they say no public restrooms. But they have let you use it before.
